Great location within walking distance of Umeda and Osaka stations. Having a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor was very handy. The room was clean and quiet on the upper floors, though there was a mild unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

The room is clean. The location is close to restaurants, a convenient store and a pharmacy. Across the street you can go to the underground passage to Osaka station. A small issue is their tea bags in the lounge area quickly ran out and was not replenished.

A very beautiful hotel located in a great location that is near several restaurants, a fun night scene, several train stations and entertainment. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is very kind and accommodating. This is one of our favorites.
