The location was great; close to shops and restaurants. The only downfall was the size of the room and the bathroom. I believe the hotel went through renovations, however the room was outdated and the bathroom was tiny. The shower head was not removable and cannot be tilted made it difficult to shower. The train station was not conveniently close, and was a far walk from the hotel. On a brighter note, the buffet breakfast was great with alot of traditional Japanese and Westernized cuisine options.

Comfortable stay

A comfortable stay with a spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and is worth the purchase. The only issue that I had was the distance from Osaka station. As Osaka station is large, it really depends where exactly you start from. When I checked out, I left my luggage at the station rather than the hotel. Overall a good hotel!

I would suggest spending a little more money and staying somewhere else. When we checked into the hotel they were cleaning rooms and the entire floor up to the entrance of our room/ our door was crowded with dirty laundry and garbage. Not a huge deal because I understand the staff are cleaning but with luggage it was a pain to dodge everything and also, there’s got to be a better way of doing this. The bathroom was pretty bad overall, there was mold on the sink behind the faucet, mold in the actual shower on the white ADA shower handle, and yellow mold on the shower curtain. Beds were stiff as boards. Elevators took forever to get to the floor/ entrance/exit. Staff friendliness was mediocre at best.
