Room was modern, clean and spacious. All amenities were provided. Bed was a little hard for our liking but that seems like a standard in Japan. We did not use their restaurants but there is a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient. Hotel is in an office area but the main tourist area as well as shin osaka is a short subway ride away. We will consider staying here again.

Very nice first rate Hotel. Modern and comfortable

Beautiful hotel with lobby on 15th floor. Rooms are surprisingly a little smaller but very modern and clean. Breakfast buffet is first rate providing large choices and excellent omelette bar. About a 8-10 min walk to subway entries.

I wish out entire stay in Japan was at this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, the tub for salt soaks, beds were very comfortable, and easy walking distance to many restaurants and train station. Would definitely return if visiting Osaka.

Best hotel experience on my three city trip to Jap

This hotel receives highest marks from me, someone who has very high standards. The hotel itself was very modern and chic and the location was very convenient to the subway system and within walking distance to several attractions. The service was fantastic and the there so many amenities available in the room. One added note. We forgot some clothes and passports in the room and dint realize it until after we were on our way to Kyoto. The staff politely and patiently addressed my concern and offered to send it to my next hotel, and I just paid the next hotel when they arrived the next day!

I love that you can’t access other floors and you can only access your floor with your key card. And there is literally a 7/11 right outside one of the entrance so convenient for a late night snack. When in Osaka I’ll only want to stay here.

We arrived early in Osaka and were extremely grateful that our room was ready early. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful with directions to the train station. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We only wished we could’ve stayed longer.
