The room was spotless as well as the hotel/property absolutely immaculate. Perfect location in Osaka to hit up all the famous areas - easy to get to Kyoto. I would 100% stay at any of the Candeo hotels again and surely will the next time I’m in Japan. The hotel staff was friendly They helped me research my way to a ski resort for the day and was very friendly with all the questions I had throughout the week. I was so happy I booked this hotel over my other choice.. amazing views as well from the room.

Luxury at the end of a busy winter holiday in Japan. The hotel has a great position, with exceptional views across the city. The rooms & facilities are modern & you are walking distance to so much food, shopping & action… yet quiet & safe enough away to enjoy the city. Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was friendly and it helped a lot that they spoke English. The room was clean, but the absolute best part was the Onsen. We didn’t realize when we booked that it’s the highest onsen in the world.

Great Hotel with well appointed rooms and friendly, competent staff who spoke good English. The best thing we did was sign up for access to the executive lounge which has hors d’oeuvres and plenty of alcohol alcoholic as well as soft drinks.
