Great hotel with very close to train station

This lovely hotel is very clean and modern, with spacious rooms and comfy bed. A bonus is that the room comes with pyjamas ju and thongs. It’s conveniently located near Yodoyabashi train station, just two stations away from Namba, making it easy to get around. The rooftop spa was the highlight of my stay, and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The property was modern, clean and the onsen with a view was such an invaluable perk. We used it daily sometimes twice a day. It gets very busy in the later evening after dinner. The staff was very helpful. There are coin operated laundry machines which are very helpful but they get quite full around the evening hours.

We stayed here for one night. It is a beautiful hotel the views were amazing and the views from the gym were awesome and the sauna/ jacuzzi. For people who might need to know the spa part is separate male and female but you have to be naked/ no clothes. The hotel room wise there’s no iron- only in reception, we had not bath lotion and there’s no robes. You do get free PJs. The area is honestly lovely and very cosmopolitan. The breakfast- the didn’t have their milk on ice so it was warm milk however try to get there early as the views are great.

Property and room were outstanding, however upon leaving this hotel we used the staff and the front desk to order taxi to the station for our Shinkansen train and unfortunately although we had a taxi reserved for a specific time and a taxi number was assigned to us - at the end staff made it unfortunately very confusing telling us to wait in the hotel lobby on the 8th floor while our taxi had already arrived downstairs, this created added confusion and stress for us after after having such a tremendously wonderful stay, although staff tried their very best to fix this specific situation. Exceptional hotel with very unique outdoor rooftop onsen which was a real special experience and treat:) And a very unique special bathroom in our hotel room. Very special hotel to stay at in Osaka which makes your stay very elevated and luxurious.
