A great value

I was not expecting this place to be great but it really is great. It’s an interesting setup architecturally. The entire hotel is actually open to the outside. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Water bottles fillers! Thank you! Nice bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Just awesome. No issues at all.

We are a family of 4 with younger kids. We booked the connecting room so we got a total of 2 double beds. The room is a bit smaller but still okay for our luggages as you can stuck them in the corner or bottom of your bed. We have so much luggages lol! The good thing that I loved about this hotel is the 7/11, laundry room, public bath/onsen on the 4th floor. You don’t have to go out to go to a covenient store. The Namba Station is just behind the building but a bit of a walk from that station to catch the train to go to Umeda and Shin-Osaka station which is not bad if you don’t have to carry too much luggages. This hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori.

The hotel was clean. The hallways to enter the rooms was outdoors. The room configuration was not the best and was a very tight squeeze between two people, but it was sufficient and doable to get a good night's rest. There was no closet to hang clothes, but there were hooks to put the hangers on. We were only a 15 minute walk away from Dotonburi.

Hotel is located at a great location which is near to the train stations airport buses walkable distance to the main shopping area seafood market. Rooms are clean and I like the idea that suitcases can be stored underneath the beds. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Pretty new huge hotel with a long line of self check-in machines in the lobby of the over 40 floors building. Very generous supply of amenities every day. Clean and comfortable. Close to supermarket and train station. Mattress too soft for me.

So close to Namba station just right behind the building 15mins walk to Dotonbori We love the 711 store inside the bldg and the pool and public bath Close to everything! We would go back. We got the 2 connecting rooms for family of 5.
