Great stay, great location, fast service

Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors.

central, budget hotel. not much more to report, it’s good for 2 nights but i wouldn’t do more. no outside windows for my stay, just a window into the courtyard of the hotel which you can’t really leave open if you want any privacy. rooms are small as you expect for the price. the location is however prime. good for short, solo stay.

Elevators are super crowded. Average wait time for elevator to get to the lobby is about 5 to 10 minutes wait time. The bed was terrible. it makes you sink in it. The bathroom has a sewage smell. The room looked outdated. Swimming pool is closed in June and open in July, but you have to pay to swim in the pool. Also, you have to pay to use the gym. They should not call themselves a hotel & resort. Never stay at a hotel and resort that you have to pay to swim in the swimming pool and use the gym facility.

I really enjoyed my stay. The pool has a nice view of the city. However, there’s a charge to swim. My first time experiencing a fee to swim. The location is a short walking distance to the metro and shopping area.
