This was a very automated experience. From check in to check out I think we spoke to one person. Not my cup of tea. After a long day of travel I would like a person to assist with check in and our questions around late checkout and luggage storage. Twin room was Ok in Japan standards for room. I didnt like that you had to pay for access to the pool. The food and drinks were overpriced. The hotel is very nice and checkin and checkout is very fast. Oh they also hold your bags before and after checkin.
