Hell's Kitchen all inclusive resorts

The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was updated and the bath products were a good brand. We enjoyed going to the rooftop bar, and the restaurant was convenient for breakfast with a good menu. The location was outstanding for visiting various museums as well as going to the theater. Most important, the staff was so friendly and helpful. From booking an airport shuttle for our return home to explaining what subway to take they were always ready to help. We would stay there again.

Great location and wonderful staffing. Like any high-volume location attention to details can make or break you. Some upgrades in progress will deliver an even better experience. We really liked this property.
