As a recomendación they should include parking in the price, because they charged it at the place, $68 for 4 nights. Marc and the staff were really nice. Good breakfast and nice place to stay.

Staff was friendly checking in, room was clean, beds were comfortable, wish they had four pillows per bed and four towels in bathroom ( we have a party of four), laundry services were good with plenty of washers and dryers, work out room was nice, pool was warm, towels were not properly restocked at pool, had to ask staff two different days and then only put two towels out. Fire pits were nice, however wish staff came around to grab pool towels other people left around area, used grills (however the 4 grills by pool did not work), most of housekeeping only spoke Spanish, breakfast was good but disappointed at the enormous lines making it hard to get seconds (make sure you grab what you want right away) silverware was in drawers were people were standing in line. Waffle line was separate and a woman made two stacked plates full while others waited in line, had turkey bacon which was hard (lots wasted in garbage) and chicken patties, potato rounds were hard, it was hard to dish breakfast on plates with limited counter space for laying plates, and nothing to hold the lids for food, would have preferred regular bacon, cold items were again the the way of people standing, coffee bar at entrance was good, parking good. Kids used basketball and soccer facilities at corresponding hotel. It’s unfortunate this part isn’t advertised or highlighted very much and the staff had no idea the procedure of what we needed to do to use these shared amenities. They should be updated on this.

Awsome place

I highly recommend this hotel. Location is excellent.

Clean room. Enjoyable pool experience. There is a lively pool with music and a quieter pool if you want to relax. I was annoyed that there were many people who saved multiple pool chairs early in the morning and never came to use the chairs. This was rude for families that had no where to sit.
