The rooms are spacious, but they’re missing a table. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to be provided daily. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. The amenities were good, and the location is excellent for this hotel.

Overall it was a great stay. Grounds are clean, pool is large and few slides are fun. Small but nice lazy river ckmes w tubes. Putt putt ans other sports available as well. Free breakfast was a nice perk, make your own waffles eggs bacon. Thebstaples. We had a doubke.king bed and it was a great suze rikm. Rokms are too sparcw and the decor alkng the halleays is just odd. Friendly staff. I woikd stay again fir a goood rate like we had.

This hotel is fantastic!!! Quiet, large room. Comfortable bed, nice pools, restaurant/bar and awesome location and staff!! Plentiful breakfast. The bathroom fixtures are unusual and not very practical, but has a nice modern look. I was not given any washcloths, but was able to get from the front staff. Its perfect to have a refrigerator and large tv.

The hotel's children's play facilities were fantastic, and the kids had a blast! It's also very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom! We'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

It worked and it was clean, but so many annoying things that it’s not worth staying there again. Zero counter space in room (only tiny ledge under TV) and no luggage rack so all bags suitcases everything has to sit on floor. Not good for seniors who can’t bend down. Bathroom shower was horrible b/c it was a rain shower. Not great if you don’t wanna wash hair every time. You have to lean backwards to keep hair from getting wet. Also, the glass is only half of shower and the floor gets absolutely soaked. Went thru a lot of towels because of this and housekeeping is only every 3 days so you have to request if you want more days. Sink was raised above the counter to a height children definitely can’t use and took up a lot of counter space. Night stands were just below the bottom of the mattress and they were only about 8”x8”. The lamps were so small they did nothing. Gym was great and breakfast was good. Did not use pools or putt-putt so can’t comment on that. It was fine, but maybe just not my style.
