From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Hotel was nice and well maintained, the only thing is the sofa bed was not very comfortable and we were not given sheets for the bed upon arrival. They did bring them up when requested but it would have been nice to have them already there considering the amount of guests staying in the room. The staff was nice and decorated for our kids birthdays which was a nice touch. The only other issue was the shower, the water came out alot when we showered but the staff informed they would probably change it for the amounts of complaints. Other than that, great hotel and location with great staff and food.

Property was very nice. The prices of the drinks and the food at the bar and restaurant were a little pricey and some of the rooms are still lacking furniture like tables and chairs other than that place is great.

First things first, this is not a boutique hotel by any reasonable standard. This is a Holiday Inn-like hotel with some modern twists in the decor. It is a new hotel; therefore, everything is new, nice, and clean. However, I must say I noticed signs of a cheap build, for example, the bed was squeaky, and the toilet was not properly set at the base, so it would wobble when sitting on it. It was nice to have a proper shower, rather than a tub. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special; again, it lacked the boutique feel and was typical of the buffet you'd find at any chain hotel. The AC was not working in the breakfast area, so they had to bring a mobile unit. The K-bistro bar was basic and unappealing, so we did not try the food or drinks. Staff were friendly and quick to respond when we reported a malfunctioning TV remote, which was fixed promptly. The location is very convenient. It is 15-20 min drive to the Disney/Universal parks. There are shops and restaurants in the area around the hotel. Would I stay here again? With so many options around, probably not, unless the price becomes a deciding factor, since the hotel is not bad.

Overall, The hotel itself is beautiful and smelled really good + our room was ultra modern, outstanding and the bed was very comfortable! Loved the buffet breakfast, the gym, and all the other amazing amenities!! Lastly, I want to point out the superb customer service we received from KADTY….she was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and a consummate professional!! Looking forward to our next stay there, which will hopefully be before end of this year

Beautiful property but just be aware hotels.com says u will pay the gees at the property. My receipt said $12.04 to be paid at the property. I knew I wanted to add the breakfast for our family so that was $4.99 per person. They also charge u to park there so we has to oay that also. But then they told us you also have to pay $150 security deposit and its card payment olny and they need the physical card.

This is a fantastic hotel and affordable price. Staff was amazing in special Katty in the frontdesk she is very friendly, courteous and professional! The entire property is spotless and clean. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Great pool area with two hot tubs, four saunas and four restrooms in both sides, Pool area bar and food service plus a complimentary breakfast. Pickleball court with complementary rackets and the lazy river is coming soon. The hotel smells wonderful the moment you step in the Lobby. Great for Families with kids or only adults. We definitely come back.

Very clean and great staff! My only feedback is I wish the bathroom shower had a door to prevent water from coming out and the sink was more ergonomic for washing your face. Water kept going everywhere. The king room also does not have any garbage can in the main room. Only bathroom. It does not have a table/ desk/ chair. Only bed and sofa. Overall good stay. Easy accommodation for early check in
