Great hotel!!! and the smell at the lobby was amazing... super clean, the room was amazing and the decoration looked like an extremely expensive place but honestly the price was excellent. For sure a hotel that we will repeat when visiting Orlando! Also the location was excellent!

I have worked food service for many years. The breakfast overall was very good. It seemed challenging for the staff to replenish products as they became low. A solution would be to hire more staff. Hire 1 cook with formal training and pay him/her a bit more. Would you hire a truck driver to fix your pool ? An experienced trained cook might fix your issues.

We booked this property last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly (thank you Rob), resort was clean and beautiful and the location was perfect (11minutes to Magic Kingdom)!! Parking and breakfast were free! I would definitely rebook here.
