The hotel itself if very convenient, great location to Epcot and Boardwalk. The rooms are fine, beds not the most comfortable. Staff in the hotel and restaurants are wonderful and helpful. The main pool with the waterfall is like a college spring break vibe, not relaxing family-fun like we’d hoped. People drink from plastic cups and metal beer cans and then they’re just strewn about, sometime floating in the pool. It seems there’s not enough staff around the pool and with the afternoon DJ, it’s overwhelming.

Many Unexpected Fees

Beware when booking. There are so many hidden/unexpected fees such as parking at $38.00 per day, tourism taxes, more taxes, $50 daily service fees. Room was vacuumed when we checked in, no microwave, they need to have better coffee machines in their rooms. Very appointed mostly about all the extra fees that you are charged each day.

Excellent, more affordable option to stay near Disney, without the price tag of those on the monorail. Free shuttles, good cafe, restaurants and the hidden gem - the pool areas! Great for adults at the swan and awesome for families at the dolphin! Highly recommend this hotel.

The property provided easy access to Walt Disney Theme Parks, clean rooms and facility and delicious on-site restaurants especially breakfast choices. Lastly, the on-site gift shop is like shopping at one of the Walt Disney Theme Parks. The staff is nice and accommodating.

The shower leaked water out into the entire bathroom, hall and common area hallway. It left the whole place feeling dirty after. I had to use all our towels to dry it. Valet was $56 and I wasn’t told before pulling up. Surprise fee. You’re welcome.
