Unfortunately we experienced a lot of communication issues with this booking. I called the hotel after doing the early check in on 2 rooms under 1 reservation the day before to ensure they saw both check ins only to find out on the actual day that only 1 confirmation was received . Still had to wait 20 minutes at hotel to actually check in for the one room. The second room was not ready until 35 minutes after advertised check in time. This was after calling customer service and going to front desk twice. A frustrating experience for all of us on what was supposed to be a great getaway.
