From the moment we drove onto the property, we were greeted with care and concern. In the gorgeous lobby we were checked in by Bruna, who was probably the most kind and efficient hotel employee I have ever met, who was able to get us into a room earlier than standard check in. She gave my boyfriend a pin for his birthday. We went to the park and came back to a bottle of champagne in our room and a note thanking us for celebrating with the resort. We did not use the pool but it was gorgeous. The Tuk Tuk market was great for late night options when you want a quick salad, sandwich, pizza, or snack. Alcohol as well. The beds and shower were comfortable and clean. Great water pressure. Pillows were comfortable. Everything in the room was functional - we did not use coffee maker. 10/10 for this hotel, always.

The Royal Pacific is a beautiful resort and all staff that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 7a to pick up Express Passes and leave our luggage, and surprisingly one of our 2 rooms was available and we were able to leave luggage in the room. There was a short line for early check in, but there were plenty of staff on hand and the line moved quickly. After dropping our bags in the room, we took the water taxi to Islands of Adventure for early admission. We had 2 full days of fun at Universal and the Royal Pacific was a beautiful, quiet hotel to relax at during our resting hours.

Great location for Universal Studios. The hotel has all the facalities that we needed for a short but excellent break. Avis car desk in the hotel was a huge plus, able to get our car to move on with minimum effort.

Phenomenal service, the texting service is fantastic, paying $10 to do a load of laundry is absurd. For the price of the hotel, laundry should be free. On-site restaurants are reasonably priced and good service.

Mostly we stayed here for the Universal Express pass and Early entrance deals. Unfortunately, it took so long to check in and get a bag stored that we nearly missed the early entrance. The Hotel has a lot of nice amenities of which we used almost none because of the Universal passes. We simply weren't there to use them. It seems out of sorts to have a nice resort filled with features right next to a theme park where you get passes and end up staying all day. A quiet room with a bed and a breakfast bar would've been perfect. Also, while the room was generally quiet there were guests on our floor who were loud quite late and quite early and you could hear everything through the door - waking our very tired kids. I don't know what the Hotel could do about it. Perhaps people are just more rude these days but it was frustrating.

It was a very disappointing stay. Super expensive $1050 a night in a dungeon like floor level. There is no water fountains to fill your water bottle. For a $1050 a night hotel there is only one sink in the room. The room is very old and shabby.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff member checked us in, ensuring we understood everything and giving us the opportunity to ask any questions (something we were grateful for as First-timers at Orlando and found generally lacking at Universal compared to our previous week visiting Disney) Only gripe is we paid for a room for 5ppl but the 5th bed wasn't automatically supplied and instead had to be requested with an additional fee of $35. I am not sure where the fifth sleeper is expected to sleep but this is a necessity not a luxury and the fee should be waived for a hotel charging almost £700 per night.
