Our stay was cool but we Ike to go the beach at night. It was very inconvenient that we did not have hotel access when we went to the beach at night. That is something very sentimental to us. We like to walk the beach at night. We had to walk around the building to one of the main entrances, that was very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

This property is iconic-and for a reason!! The spaces are both elegant and timeless. The staff is professional and personable and the amenities cannot be beat. Our room/suite is amazing! Wonderful beach view, quiet on the inside although there is some traffic noise despite being on the 24th floor!! The bed is soooo comfortable. We did not eat onsite as the prices are quite high (and we have a picky eating kiddo), but the restaurants seemed to offer a good variety of options.

I have waited for days regarding an overcharge on my CC. I had a $75 credit that I was told was applied by Kay on 8/14. I have talked to several people including Evelyn, Kay, Natalie, Emma and Jules. Also while in the hotel Wayliana assured me that I had four breakfasts included in the stay. My daughter called on the morning of Aug 4 and was told breakfast goes until noon. Upon arrival at the restaurant we were told the buffet would end in ten minutes. Very bad customer service. I would fight this $228 fee even if it wasn't included. Please credit the breakfast charge and be sure the $75 is also credited. Thank you, Mrs. Yvonne Goss
