Great!

The Fountainebleau is still a great hotel. The lobby is magnificent. The restaurants are great. Service is still number 1. Steve on the beach was great. Beach and pool are great. My only problem and its a problem with most hotels is that the gym is terrible. With all that space, you'd think they would commit to making a large expansive gym space. Its a large hotel with a lot of rooms and there is a small gym with old equipment and a slick floor. My home gym is nicer. Plus, the closest nice real gym is the Equinox in South Beach. Sure, the gym isn't that important to many but it is to me.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all tags and used towels was on the bed and in the bathroom a used towel some hair and a dirty diaper also a lot of ash on the balcony and an empty bottle in the sink kitchen area

Elevator issue is beyond ridiculous. For $500 a night things should be in working order. Elevators in several towers broken or only one working, so very long wait times or 18 flights of stairs.

first and last time staying at the fountain blow. They can keep this place - it is such trash. For all that money you expect a decent hotel but honestly, I left and went to the Holiday Inn; it was way better, room was bigger and hotel was quieter. Fontainebleau basically gave me a prison cell-sized room, I ordered a room with a balcony on Expedia and they absolutely refused to give that to me. Expedia said I had VIP services coming to me and the hotel staff basically laughed when I mentioned that. This is a place that you would go if you are incredibly stupid and rich and you simply don’t care about getting what you paid for and you enjoy being mistreated by staff.
