Hi there. We absolutely loved staying there for our week vacation. The hotel is very clean and smells clean. Staff were great. The only thing we did notice is that housekeeping didn't come in to make up beds. Our last day there, they came in made up beds and tidied. But they always brought stuff that we needed.

When I booked, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but Cabana Bay exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, a charming theme, great communal areas and lovely rooms. We ended up with a volcano view room in the Beachside building and it was a 10/10. We had an awesome view of Volcano Bay which we ended up deciding to do on our last day (also recommend!). We explored the pools, enjoyed s’mores by the fire pits, played in the arcade, enjoyed early park access and transportation to the parks, ate at the starlight dinner, ordered in-room pizza, had drinks and dinner by the pool… we tried it all and had a blast. I will absolutely go here again!

We love staying here when we’re visiting the Universal Studios parks. The rooms are always clean and the resort is within walking distance to everything. The walking path is beautifully maintained and safe. The dining options are basically endless at City Walk, but the resort also has kid friendly dining inside the hotel as well. The prices are almost always reasonable to stay here. The kids always have a blast at the pools and bowling alley!
