Everything was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. Buses to the parks came regularly and were very easy to use. Headboards and bedspreads could use a refresh, look pretty worn out. Otherwise, we would stay there again.

Great hotel near Volcano Bay. Has a lot to offer and big rooms. the ground floor includes a diner and other stores. The hotel is spacious and has shuttles to the theme parks.

Cabana Bay Beach Resort was amazing from start to finish. 10 out of 10. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, and they were super accommodating. They let us pre check in, and they even allowed us to park and use the shuttle early, which made our travel day so much smoother. The overall vibe of the resort was fun and relaxing, even after long park days. Also the pizza was great, quick, fresh, and exactly what we needed when we got back. My only small complaint is that I wish the hot tub stayed open longer. You get out of the parks so late, and it would be perfect to have a little more time to soak and unwind afterward. Other than that, everything was excellent and I’d absolutely stay here again.
