The rooms were terrible! The hallways were so dirty, walls all banged up. The room was big and spacious but the rug was dirty the couch was all stained and the balcony had no view…the view was all covered by bamboo trees. The outside of the hotel and facilities were all great but the rooms don’t match the outside. Will never go back!

There was a roach in the living room by the couch. The Dryer did not work well other than the food being good and from the picture the room looked handicap accessible, but we could use the Hoyer lift we rented because we could not slide it under the bed that was a waste over 300 i did like there was a Hoyer into the pool and hot tub but the straps really were not good .
