Room is old old, the carpet outside the rooms its dirty they never once made a refill of the dishwasher soap, or laundry soap, towels are raw Only thing that saves the place was the waterpark but overall wouldnt repeat

I called for maintenance 3 times and they never addressed my concerns. Most of the staff were unpleasant. Towels were thin and scratchy. It’s a mini water park masquerading as a resort.

First I had called to add my son's name and birthdate to account to ensure he could check in ahead of time. They added and when he got there they would not allow him as he wasn't old enough(19). He had to sit for 4 additional hours until we arrived. Second, the place is worn and dirty. This is our 4th time staying there over the years and the property and rooms haven't been touched. No upgrades or even touch ups. Hallways have soggy carpet. Dirt in thresholds of every door in the units. Pool area over crowded and extremely dirty

Staff was courteous, facilities were ok but i expected a bit more for the price paid, tvs in all the bedrooms didnt work, showers finishes quality wasn't too good, not a 24/7 restaurant or grocery store, location not ideal for universal park and far from airport too, and the worst i think was housekeeping was available for an extra fee this should be included for the price paid, even in motels they do daily housekeeping

Was a great stay. Stay 1 night to test the property. Water park for the children they loved and the condo was a 3bed 2bath very roomy. Only problem was the breakfast buffet isn’t worth the $$. Sorry but this was just a souped up continental breakfast.

Pool at the terraces was FREEZING. Room had old melted ice water in the ice container. No coffee pods or cups refilled. Old tissue stuffed into the top of the tissue box. Flooring not laid properly so its bubbled uo making a squeek with every step. Bathroom doorhandle came on in my hand when trying to shut the door. Rude guests with zero control from staff. Dining closed at random hours with nowhere to get food, even places advirtized on the map were just not there. Worst of all, they charged me for a $60 food tab that I never ate and then faught me on it and took over a week to refund my money. 1000% would NOT RECOMMEND this place, wow.

The resort is gorgeous and feels more like apartments than a hotel. Its modern, clean, smells amazing and the small water park was a huge hit with my kiddo. We stayed at The Terraces and its not walking distance from the main resort so we had to drive and park which was annoying. The pool at the terraces was freezing cold and unusable. The arcade was also pretty nice for a hotel arcade. However, the reason for the 4 star is the lack of room service. I couldve paid half the price at any other hotel much closer to the parks and received daily room service. After 3 days of no room service or trash removal or towel swap, we asked the front desk and were told itd be $45. Then a different agent told us they were supposed to be doing trash and towel swaps every other day since we were staying a week, which wasnt done. Finally when it came time to get our one complimentary mid stay clean, my son had spilled some apple juice on the bed, we were excited to finally have some fresh sheets... these people literally took out the trash, dumped a plastic bag full of towels and MADE THE BED with the dirty sheets and obvious juice stain. I couldnt believe my eyes. So although its a beautiful resort, I probably wouldnt stay again. If i wanted no room service Id have gotten an Airbnb at half the price with a private pool. Ive stayed at pretty much every hotel in Orlando and there are other water park hotels that are just slightly less nice but half the cost and provide room service.

Very spacious and had everything my family needed. Only complaint I have about the room is the shower drain (slightly clogged). Getting around the property is complicated and you can easily get lost maneuvering the hallways/corridors between buildings. Every staff we’ve met has been so friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The kids wanted to enjoy the kids area in the waterpark; however, the water was FREEZING. So it was such a bummer. But overall, our experience was great!
