We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. One thing to note: when you book through Expedia, you may not get a room in the main hotel building. Instead, you’re placed in a newer building located separately from the main resort area. While the rooms were clean and we had no issues with housekeeping, the distance from the main water park and pools was inconvenient. Guests in the new building are transported to the main resort by golf cart, but sometimes the wait can be 15–20 minutes, which was frustrating and not ideal for our family. Overall, the stay was okay, but I wish this detail had been made clearer during booking.

Really great stay overall, very family friendly and has everything needed to have fun without leaving the resort often. Be prepared to pay more for on-site items in the convenience store onsite. One issue with the AC was resolved to our satisfaction, but it took a lot longer and more communication than expected. We would strongly consider staying at The Grove again

Wonderful Stay at The Grove Resort – Spacious and Relaxing! We had an amazing stay at The Grove Resort in Orlando! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was absolutely huge – so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort itself is gorgeous with plenty to do. The pools and water areas were a big hit with the family. While the pools could have been skimmed a bit more for debris, it didn’t take away from the fun atmosphere and great experience overall. The staff was friendly, the grounds were well-kept, and the location made getting to Orlando attractions super convenient. We loved every minute of our trip and would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, but lacking in some ways

Clean resort, but lacking in a couple of ways. Poor signage while on property and being able to navigate for restaurants and such. No hooks for towels in the room, no K cups for coffee, and the room service/housekeeping service is basically nonexistent. Air conditioning is excellent and the beds are comfy, which was awesome. Would still go back, but now I know what I’m signing up for.

Beautiful and very clean resort! My kids had a great time lots of fun pool activities and slides for summer. We didn’t even need to leave the resort to have fun. The restaurant was great, and we loved the golf cart shuttles. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. I’d definitely come back!

I really did not see the benefit to the VIP access. It is very complicated to navigate throughout the property often we got lost and my aunt is older and would just opt out of going because we would get lost trying to get to restaurants. The food choice is terrible all of the restaurants have the same food. We noticed everyone was ordering food to the resort.
