This was the 5th time staying at the Grove and sadly it has gotten worse every year. The pools were dirty this year. Getting toilet paper and towels was hard since staff didn’t speak English. The hotel is very convenient to disney parks. And it has been overall great but it seems as if this year they were not ready for the spring travelers.

The Family Condo was wonderfully appointed and had incredible amenities and views for a family so close to disney. Unfortunately, the charm wore off fast. Thankfully it was only a single night stay because none of the 4 of us had a decent night's rest with constant noise that defeated the white noise machines in both bedrooms. I myself experienced CONSTANT loud noise (from the hall, adjacent rooms, and pipes) from 9:30p to 11:30p and then again woke me at 2:00am to at least 2:30am. The pipes sound like a basketball court. My son couldn't finish something from a restaurant and was given a to-go box but was then told by our waitress not to take it or they'd get in trouble. We had another stay booked for a couple months but seriously considering alternative options.

Was average. Biggest complaint is the noise level and bad smell in the hallways. Luckily the smell did not extend into our actual room. Waterpark was busy with lots of up charges for things such a lounge chairs. Can understand for the cabanas charging a fee but not for lounge chairs around the pool when you have already paid extensive daily resort fees. Not sure if we would return.

Nice, extremely spacious room. The property and pools were very nice. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer too. I wish we were given more towels though. The fact that you had to wash your own took away from the resort feel. Same with paper towel and toilet paper. I felt like we had to ration our supply. Unless you opt to pay for a refresh or cleaning, there is no housekeeping. You are given one dishwashing detergent and one laundry detergent. We weren’t told where to take out our trash. At first I liked that you could text the front desk if you needed something, but they weren’t always responsive. Finding our room from the parking structure as well as finding the pools and water park was confusing at first. We would consider staying there again, but definitely felt more self-serve and not as customer service-focused as other places.

Overall the hotel was great! It was a 40 minute from the Orlando airport. Check-in was easy as we got their early and they had a room ready for us. The pools and waterpark are great for kids. The rooms were very spacious and offered everything you would need to have a great stay where you can make your own food/do your laundry. I loved having a full kitchen as well as washer/dryer in the room. I would say it's a bit outdated and the pools need updating. We were located on the 5th floor facing the main lobby parking roundabout and it was very loud at night. With kids this was frustrating. I would also say not to say you offer a free shuttle to Disney World or Universal Studios if there are only 1-3 times a day. These were also not ideal times as you want to go early not at 9:30/11am and come back at 7-9pm. That being said, everyone was very nice and got items that we needed for our room easily. It was a great time for us and our kids and we'd definitely go back!

The resort was very family friendly and most of the staff were professional & nice to deal with. We had broken furniture & closet doors in our 3 bedroom suite, no cleaning service, every single thing cost money, no free coffees here:) The marketplace was good but their cash register & computer went down so there was a huge line up trying to navigate purchases on a screen meant to order various coffees ect. The only real dinner option Valencia had gross food that was way over priced for the quality. The food & service by the pool was great.
