My friend has a timeshare at this property, so I booked a few days in one of their studio suites to spend some time with her & other friends (staying at the same property at the same time). POSITIVE: Very nice property and location.... it's HUGE. It's basically a gated community/neighborhood (not what you expect from a 'timeshare' experience). Multiple gyms & pools, service was really great (especially at the pool bars lol). One thing I found especially great is that even though you could tell that they were extremely busy (lots of guests in August of course), it never felt 'crowded'. Because of the size of the property, you never feel like the restaurants, bars, pools (especially) are overwhelmed! I really appreciated that. Another bonus of the layout is that there are preferred areas within the property to stay if you have kids. NEGATIVE: Be prepared for the 'HARD-SELL' tactics if you sign-up for a 'presentation' for their timeshare offering (typically 90min-2hrs). They try to sign everyone up at registration with a promise of a $100-$300 voucher that you can use against on/off site purchases). Comes with this type of property, however we had multiple complaints from individuals from our group that the tour was not worth the pressure/aggravation and that they are more interested in selling than whether or not you can actually afford what could be an extra mortgage payment every month (with little to no flexibility when it comes to getting out of the contract).

This property was well kept, the pools were amazing, jet skiing was a blast. My kids really enjoyed their stay here. Plenty of restaurants both on and around the resort. I old definitely come back.

The check-in process took way too long. 45 minutes waiting in line which I heard was shorter than average. The hotel building was pretty rundown. Dirty carpet through the halls chipped paint everywhere. The cabinetry and woodwork in the room was stained chipped, peeling, and outdated. Good thing our room had two beds because one of the beds sheets we’re not clean. The craziest thing was how big the hotel was, and there was only one elevator on one corner of the entire building. Not very feasible for elderly or people who have problems walking long distances.

I didn't like that the shuttle didnt have a time table. There should be a app or something. Then there was the broken elevator that the front desk fail to mention and then place me and my family on the top floor of the high rause building.

The arcade at the main pool/entertainment supposedly closes @10pm. Thats already too early. On top of that they begin turning the games off @ 9pm starting with a mini bowling area that has 2 mini lanes with mini bowling balls. Staff is NOT pleasant and certainly Not helpful. I had 2 cards from 6 months ago with lil' under $100 each. I was told they were too old to work. There was nothing they could do. When i purchased them ivwas specifically told they were good for 2 years.
