Extremely Disappointed with Management – Very Poor Experience.Our experience with management at Westgate Villas was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When we arrived at our unit (Building 5200, Floor 6, Unit 5265B), the air conditioning was not working properly. We set the thermostat to 68°F before leaving for the parks, but when we returned, the room was still 79°F. We adjusted it again and went about our evening. After about 40 minutes with no change, we called the front desk to ask if there was a trick to getting it to work. We were told that the system detects when guests are out of the room and that it “takes time to kick on,” or they could send someone up but couldn’t say how long it would take. Trusting their explanation, we tried to sleep but the temperature stayed at 79°F all night. I have time-stamped video proof showing it never cooled down. I didn’t sleep at all. We even attempted to open the door at one point, but it was extremely loud outside and the blinds were hitting against each other. The next morning, when we called again, the management team was rude and immediately began blaming us. They said someone was sent to fix it, but no one ever came into our unit or notified us. We sat in the room all morning waiting for maintenance, only for the air to suddenly turn on by itself without any communication. To make matters worse, when I grabbed a towel to shower, it was stained. The unit overall felt very outdated, old TVs, worn furniture, uncomfortable

Our stay was wonderful. The one-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a full kitchen was exactly what we needed—spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was a highlight and a lot of fun. Although the water park was not open during our visit, we look forward to returning in the future to experience it. Overall, a great stay and a property we would happily visit again. Mykel the front desk rep, she checked us in and gave me all the details I needed, she was very knowledgeable
