The pool was really nice. It was like going to the beach but all you had to do was walk out your room to the pool area.

The hotel as such has a very nice lobby, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, but in my opinion the mattresses are too hard, the first day of sleeping in it was terrible the turns I gave, the cleaning of the rooms did not seem very good because the dust could be seen wherever I wanted, the second day of being there I used the coffee maker and they came in to make the room and did not clean that area, the Check-in was good I arrived early and at 12 they were already calling me to give me the room, the continental breakfast I do not recommend to anyone that I bought the hotel 🏨 with that included because they do not have any variety nor in the cafes 🍵 other hotels have a very good breakfast buffet, I don't know what VIP Expedia refers to, I'm not understanding the diff

First room we were given was dirty, urine stains in the bathroom, fresh stains on the wall near garbage can. Second room we were given was better but had blood stained bed sheets. Called and requested a room cleaning with change of sheets. Sure enough they used the same sheets but made the bed .

I didn’t like that the pool water was too warm, not refreshing at all. We had a broken chair on the balcony. The food at euphoria was blah. The coffee at provisions was luke warm. At the chill pool nobody in the five days was there to give out towels. Overall it wasn’t worth the money

Staff not helpful, requested late check out as son’s birthday. They led me to believe that was ok and I needed to go to reception first thing following morning which I did only to be told no late check out option. Hotel nowhere near full, offered to pay. After haggling for 30 mins they reluctantly allowed an hour which wasn’t really much use. Poor communication, staff not motivated to find solutions, poor experience for a child’s birthday.

The property is fairly new, and the facilities are very nice. They generally have lots of options for families to take advantage of. My issue has to do with: 1. The staff: they do what they have to do, but they look like they don't want to be there. My check-in took over 20 minutes just because a printer was not working (can't you find another one?). When I asked about my VIP status, I was told the regular room I had reserved was booked. No option for upgrade was provided, or I was told that there are no upgradable rooms (be thoughtful about what you tell me in these cases). 2. The room: If this is a new facility, put some care into cleaning it. The rubber/plastic item at the bottom of the shower was showing signs of mold. 3. Food availability: I got to the hotel at around 9 PM. I ordered food from one of the restaurants that would make a delivery (no other option was provided). It took almost an hour to get the food, and believe me, it was not worth it. The calamari was like rubber, the mac and cheese was cold, and at least they did not mess up the Caesar salad (like they could mess this up). Not a. real fan of this property I would not go back to it.
