Property was decorated for Christmas. Bar staff was fun and efficient. Pool drinks were good but had to flag down wait staff. Honestly..i have no complaints. It was a great, fun, christmasy awesome vacation and the resort made it that much better! Would definitely recommend

This was a huge disappointment because we were told on booking this included a water park which was our main reason to book this instead of an all inclusive resort in Mexico or some other destination for I have 2 kids that really wanted to go and heck even me and my wife love a Water slides who doesn’t? Upon arrival we were told it was seasonal and was closed. But they had no problem accepting all my money before telling us this. Washrooms around pools were filthy at half capacity or more. Drinks and food are straight up price gouging. It cost me 175 CAD for 6 drinks. Most the staff were quite pleasant and friendly so I give them a star for that. Hot water in the shower was an issue 4 out of 5 days we were there. Beds were decent, floors weren’t clean to my satisfaction after room was cleaned. Would feel sand etc on floor still and it wasn’t from us kinda bugged me. They lost 2 stars for how they treated me and my family and stole my money because I simply didn’t get what I paid for. They lost another for the hot water issue and the bathrooms being quite gross. All they had to do is offer us a free resort dinner for my family of 4, or passes for Aquatica which I had to pay for because I promised my kids a waterpark. Which funny enough all others were open around but of coarse not there’s. They offered me a cabana on the last day of my stay and it was cold out. Hardly enough and more of a slap in the face if you ask me. I feel truly scammed for this wasn’t worth it.

Terrible check in experience. No explanation provided for the various charges incurred. The staff at the hotel are not very english-friendly. Housekeeping was asked multiple times to clean the room and provide caffeinated coffees but the room was not cleaned and the beds not made for 3 days in a row. Clear English instructions provided were not followed when the room was cleaned. One elevator was not working throughout our stay. Going up and down floors took way longer than it should

Overall what a great resort with the perfect amenities to satisfy the savvy traveller. Not to mention walking distance to all the needed dinner areas that one may need including a movie theater. Also close to a Wawa gas station with multiple car chargers.
