This place is like a catfish date. Looks good on the outside but absolutely terrible experience from the second we checked in. Line takes forever to wait in just to check in or talk to anyone so if you need to check in or just talk to anyone plan on an hour or more. Once we got in the room our AC did not work, we had a guy check on it and argued with us about how it was working. It absolutely was not (our other friends room was cool and ours was muggy). You have to have a maintenance person adjust the fans and they never showed up even though we called several times. 1 hour after we checked in, the roof in the closet started leaking all over our clothes we were unpacking. ( Apparently lots of guest had to move from level 5 they have mold everywhere in the ceilings) They moved us finally at midnight to a room on the 1st floor which was supposed to be a suite like ours but unfortunately it was a big room but has no beds for our girls they had to sleep on a couch ( no pull out, just a couch) we asked for blankets and pillows and they ran out the first night so they had nothing) shower was way smaller than the room we booked the drain wouldn't drain so water piles up on the floor. The sink wouldn't drain and there was nasty hair all in it. The KICKER was they promised $79 room credit each night plus a free night for the problems. Istead of this I now have $600 more charges to my card and nobody will call me back Save your money and don't stay here! Margaritaville is trash!

The only ice machine that worked was on the 5th floor. It was always empty. They try very hard to buy a vacation package or timeshares. I politely excused myself every time. The perimeter doors to the hotel never lock and anyone could walk in. There is no entertainment when it rains. The pool had no live music. Beds are comfy and it is all very clean.

Great for young family, clean, pool area is wonderful and lots of chairs! Tip - opt for pool view (resort view is a view of the parking lot and it’s less than desirable.) Recommend!

Margaritaville properties always deliver! Their Orlando site is no different! The lobby is GUGE and spacious, room are beautiful and clean, and there is plenty to do around the property! You will never regret staying at Margaritaville!

Great stay

Had an amazing stay. Pool area is beautiful, we loved it. Great restaurant on site for breakfast. There is also a great coffee shop. Our room was a good size and very quiet. Location was very convenient to all the Disney parks. Also, parking lot had plenty of spots. We will definitely be back.

I just thought the room wasn’t super clean when we checked in. There was still hair everywhere and it seems like the floors and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and most of the staff were great.
