I don’t know if they are properly staffed. I called a couple days ahead of time to make sure I had adjoining rooms and then when I arrived, there was no note so then I had to wait an additional couple hours for my room to be ready. After that, we had a really good experience, but there are some things that need to be worked out for me guest experience.

Check in was not great tried to check in early at 12 they told us to return at 2 came back and was told we had to wait until 4 . We weren't offered any welcome drinks and staff didn't know the property well at all the circled two buildings and said you are in this one or this ine not helpful with luggage carts ect.
