Although the place is beautiful and I love the breakfast buffet for our family here is the feedback.I went with my family of 5 on mother’s day weekend, when booking I was quoted 400 , upon check in ended up being 500 do to 20 dollar a night parking, and 50 dollar security fee. It was doable just caught us a bit off guard since we thought out quote at least included security fee. I had read in other reviews that the pool was dirty and still gave it a chance. They did not turn on the pool heater till exactly when it opened causing it to be freezing upon opening considering they promoted a warmed pool that was disappointing.It is specifically around the drains where you can see the debris the water itself seemed clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable compared to any other hotel I have stayed at talk about stiff and hard almost like those fake mattresses at home displaying. The breakfast was delicious but the originization of buffet was lacking the only real are that made sense was the line for the waffles everything else was a free for all people zigzaging into each other making it stressful to navigate with children. The only reason its getting a good rating is because of how clean /beautiful the rooms were and the amazing staff. Looks like they just need to upgrade a few things

Disney stay with kids

Comfortable, clean rooms Not too much variety for breakfast, but appreciate the option to use. The pool was chilly at night, but had a life guard at the slide all day. Best part was a free shuttle to the parks and across the way from plenty of restaurants.

First time staying at this property it was so beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We went with the two year-old toddler and it had all the amenities needed. It’s only a five minute drive to the Disney parks Ubers were inexpensive getting to the park from the hotel. There is many restaurants in stores within walkable distance.

The pool was too shallow for older kids but great for the younger ones. The TV didn’t work for a couple days but we weren’t in the room much anyway. The staff was great. The breakfast was ok but everything was cold would have been nice if they had microwaves and real bacon. Overall it was a good experience

Better than Disney resorts

We were so pleasantly surprised at how large our room was and overlooked the fireworks. The room service was excellent, our kids loved the pool and slide. The breakfast in the morning was awesome as well. Maybe some healthier options like fruit would be nice, but it was very delicious. The shuttle to the parks got a little stressful to book each day and we ended up having to uber several times but it all worked out well in the end!!
