Property was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best! Also absolute chaos!!! I give that a big zero. Over cooked turkey bacon is everyday and like eating a tire! I recommend going to Denny’s or something. Pool is nice until miday then it it uncontrolled chaos with unsupervised kids breaking every single rule. Slide is nice and kids liked it but you need to watch them! Other unsupervised kids and adults will climb it from the bottom. Little kids can get hurt from all the horseplay!!!! I won’t be staying there again unless things change. We picked this hotel because it had good reviews but those are inaccurate!!! It was however clean. You pay to park but good luck finding a spot!!!!! Staff was polite but bartenders were slow and drinks were not very good

Nice hotel

Nice for a short time we stayed. Would like to plan another trip and spend more time. Parking was a big problem, especially if you have a larger vehicle with a travel case on roof rack. It wont fit in the garage without hitting signs

Overall it’s good as the place was clean. But what happened at the front desk though was a different story..I already checked out for almost 8 hrs but still haven’t received my receipt.They also gave me a hard time as soon as we came to check-in even though I called an hour prior to arrival to confirm my room.They were trying to charge me in spite of being fully paid thru expedia.

The pool was great and access to the grills was awesome as we had late night cookouts by the gorgeous pool after our theme park days. Breakfast could be a little better but for the price it was fair. Area was very convenient, close to target and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked the stay, however just a minor issue that I had to complain at the front desk was that there was some weird smell in the bathroom. When I talked about this to front desk, he mentioned if it was some drainage smell which I believe he knew about it. Since we were not at the hotel for most of the time, this was manageable, but it could have been better.
