Staff was extremely nice and courteous. Room was wonderful, very clean with all tge amenities you need. Breakfast options were great. Only complaint would be better pillows. So uncomfortable. Would rate 10/10!

The included Breakfast is disappointing- not a great range to choose from and limited hours, ends at 9am, meant we missed out quite a few days. Room standards were not great, we had to change rooms twice for various reasons (peeling paint and mould in the shower tray, plug sockets not working and being unsafe hanging off the wall) . The third room we were offered was made clear that we had to accept it regardless and tough luck if it was also gross or felt unsafe. This also meant we had to accept a room of less value than we had booked (we paid for a king suite and were given a much smaller, simple 2 queen room). The pool is ok and kept clean. Free tea and coffee in reception was nice. Overall, we had a much better experience last year when we stayed next door at Homewood Suites so won’t be staying at this side again

The hotel has awesome amenities and is super close to Disney. The area feels nice and is really convenient for tourists. You can easily walk to a Target, some restaurants, and a pharmacy. I'll definitely come back with my family. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic—really balanced and tasty!

It is a convenient location. The hotel is at a very good place and is very close by to Disney and a decent drive to Orlando Universal. The surrounding location is also pretty easy to navigate and has good shopping complex right opposited which makes it easy to buy stuff

Theme park transportation is restricted to certain times. It made getting to parks other than magic kingdom at opening challenging. We needed up taking the bus to Magic Kingdom transportation hub and getting a Lyft to Hollywood studios.
