I called on my day of check in to see if I could check in early. The young lady was very helpful and allowed mw to comw in early it was around 12pm. Check in was easy, however I asked what the depoait was and was told it would only be the coat of parking $20 per day. Yet i saw an additional charge for $50. I assumed that was the depoait. Went to my room and the maintenence guy was changing the filter in the room. Front deak didnt ask or communicate to make sure the room was ready before assigning it. Maintenance was very nice and helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Breakfast each day was great. On my last day we sisnt have time to go to the water park. We opted to just get in the pool at the hotel. We went out around 9:30am. There were bugs floating in the pool around the edge by the trees. No one had skimmed the pool for the day. Check was easy and aimple and was allowed late check out. I would give it another try. Staff was very nice and location was so close to the parks.

Fantastic

We started staying here when the hotel opened and everything was excellent then and everything is still excellent. The property is spotless from the breakfast area, lobby, elevators and rooms. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It is a great value for anyone looking to stay close to Disney. My family actually prefers this property to Disney hotels. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this hotel and area. A quiet setting but close to the Disney parks. We felt safe in the area enough to walk across street to shopping area. After hectic days at the parks, it as great to the calm and serenity of this hotel.

I paid more than a typical stay on site at Disney World would cost me. Yet, both USB ports were nonfunctional in the room. No, I didn't feel like calling the desk at 10:30 pm when I found out just so I could be told to come down 7 floors to get a key and pack up everything to move into another room. I specifically selected the hotel because under "cost details" it clearly stated "no additional fees". When I check in I'm told it's a $20 parking fee ON TOP of cost. "If I had looked under amenities and parking I would've seen the fee." Sounds like a hidden fee to me. Oh, and the parking is a loooong way from the door and right next to a soccer field full of Spanish-speaking immigrant young males. PLUS, signs everywhere saying my safety and the car's safety is my problem, not the hotel's. Great, pay extra money to be told I'm on my own for security. Not staying here again.

Where to start front desk people overcharge me and at first did not owned up to it had to get a manager to correct the problem!
