came to check in at 4pm with 3 kids and didn't get a room until 9:30pm. the manager was very nice and waived the resort fee for me and the delay was apparently due to a new team member not knowing how to pre check someone even though i repeated my number twice not sure where he entered it. i understand not having a room if you arrive early to check in but i arrived 20minutes after their stated check in which was 4. the apartment was clean and very spacious however due to the situation i definitely would not stay there again, especially after reading reviews that state this has happened to others before

When we arrive to our room, the floor was so filthy I could not let my son crawl around. He had dirt covering his knees and feet from crawling around. We called and asked to have housekeeping come and clean the floors again but no one ever came. Thankfully it was time for bed and we were at disney the next day but had we not had plans to be out of our room this would have been a real issue. Also, the stock photos from what you book online could not be more different from the room that we received. We will not be staying here again.

Very roomy accommodations. Our room looked a bit dated. The elevator wasn’t working when we left so a bit of a challenge leaving the property. Main pool was picked with not enough seating. Staff was nice, close to dining and activities.

Check in says 4:00 but we didn’t get our room until well after 4:00. I asked for a little later check out when leaving and they would not grant even an hour! Even after checking in late. I also could not lower the air conditioning below 68! For what you pay you should not be limited on temperature. They should also update the living room furniture it was old and smelled weird.

I was pleased with this resort for the most part. The room we had was spacious and had a full kitchen so that was nice. There were multiple pools and the mini golf area was nice. The negative was that the room seemed really dated and the bed was not very comfortable. Also, any hotel that does not give cleaning services daily will always lose one star from me, especially when we are paying to stay at your hotel and paying hotel fees. Also, another negative was that I had picked this resort for the pool because it had a water slide that my little one could use, but the day we went to the pool they did not heat it and it was freezing. Other people were also complaining about how cold the water was and requested that someone take a look at it, but nothing was ever done and we ended up just leaving to go to another pool that was heated, but it was not the same since all the good amenities are at the main pool. Probably won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

The place was big and looked recently updated. The problem was the service. For our stay, they were only scheduled to come to clean one time. You would think they would leave plenty of towels because if this but there weren’t even enough for the first night. The day the cleaning was scheduled, they didn’t come and we didn’t know until 10pm when we got back from the park. It then took them an hour to bring towels so we could bathe. The front desk then scheduled the cleaning crew to come the next day and of course, they didn’t show up then either. So, we had zero cleaning while we were there.

Horrible management.

I messaged the resort thru the App that i would be arriving a day late due to an unexpected family event for a 7 night fully paid for in advance stay. I realized i would be paying for the night i was late and had no issues with that…it was my own booking error. But wow was i surprised they canceled my entire 7 night non refundable stay with no recourse. I can’t even begin to say how upset we were and they difficult spot this resort put my family in by having to look for another place to stay at 11:30 PM for the next 6 nights during spring break.
