Beautiful Hotel, Great Rooms, Exellent Proximity

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults. We loved the close proximity to the Boardwalk, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios. There are so many dining options both in the hotel and around the walkable area. We would definitely stay here again.

I never stayed at this hotel due to Covid. I spoke with Expedia and an agent stated they would cancel the reservation before it began and to send an email to the hotel with my doctors note. He didn’t cancel and he gave me the wrong email. Even after all of this was discussed with several agents at Expedia and supervisors as well as the hotel two days later they still charged me the full stay. Note to the wise if you have Covid or any other illness come up definitely still take the trip and stay at the hotel and put everyone at risk because none of them clearly care about that.

It’s been a few years since we’ve stayed here, but we used to stay almost once a month for frequent Disney trips. I guess they must be doing well. The staff all seem to be used to dealing with cattle instead of humans. Probably won’t return.

The room was comfortable, the view was beautiful. We loved the pools. And the food ordering service in the pool is very good. We loved it. Access to parks such as Hollywood Studio and Epcot excellent. The food is a little expensive. But we loved it. Although I didn't say it, a pillow had a stain and although I left it to be changed, apparently they never looked well and never changed it

Excellent stay, staff are amazing. Pool, everything is clean and tidy . Coach transfers so easy and parking on site . Very enjoyable stay

Loved the hotel, it had several restaurant options, rooms have plenty of space, and a huge pool area. The bathroom has only one hook on back of door for 2 towels. There are no towel bars. Towels didn't dry before next shower. In room eating was a challenge with 1 chair at the table. Was charged 2 resort package fees & parking fees + taxes, which was more than the cost of one night stay.
