First time staying at the dolphin. Loved the ambience overall. The room was pretty small and there was no conditioner or robes. We opted for the least $$ room but it was still $300 and has no view (literally the roof). The 2nd bed was super close to the wall. I loved the food and bars and walkable to the boardwalk. Staff were great! Would stay again.

Gostaria de compartilhar nossa experiência durante nossa estadia no resort, de 7 a 9 de março. Tivemos dias maravilhosos, desfrutamos dos restaurantes, do serviço de transporte Bolt Taxi e de toda a estrutura oferecida. Tudo foi perfeito até o momento do checkout. No dia 9 de março, após realizarmos o checkout, pegamos nosso carro no Valet, guardamos nossas malas e partimos. Cerca de 45 a 50 minutos depois, já na estrada, percebemos que o meu celular – que sempre fica dentro do carro – não estava mais lá. Ao verificar a localização, vimos que o aparelho ainda estava no hotel. Isso nos causou grande preocupação, pois o celular deveria estar conosco no carro. Retornamos imediatamente ao resort e informamos a recepção. A equipe de segurança foi acionada e elaborou um relatório. Deixamos claro que não sairíamos sem o celular. Após aproximadamente duas horas de espera, o telefone foi localizado e nos foi entregue como um item “encontrado”. No entanto, isso não justifica o ocorrido. O fato de o celular ter sido retirado do carro sem o meu conhecimento levanta sérias questões. Se ele tivesse sido retirado por algum motivo válido, por que não fomos informados imediatamente? Além disso, sentimos que a situação não foi tratada com a seriedade necessária. Não recebemos qualquer pedido de desculpas ou demonstração de empatia. Upon check in, we were notified that the power would be going out in the middle of the night from 1-5am. No prior notification of this even though it was clearly a planned power outage. There was no self parking available any of the days we were there. We had to park @ the Swan Reserve and walked back and forth. The first day we attempted to shuttle to our vehicle as we were told it would be no problem getting us back and forth to the other lot. We were told it would be a 5-7 minute wait. 15 minutes later I asked if there was an update and got deer in the headlights look. Finally one of the other men outside said they could just take us over in their hotel van and apologized for us having to wait. We chose to walk back and forth after this experience so we knew we would not be late. And to STILL be charged for parking blows my mind!!

Love the hotel atmosphere and convenience. I felt like I was stay in the center of Disney parks and downtown Disney. For sure going back to enjoy all the hotel amenities. Like the different pools. Take the boat to the board walk or the park. My kids loved the hotel too.

Typical Disney: it's clean, everything works, everyone is friendly. Do note that this is not part of the Disney enterprise so getting park passes and everything takes a little longer, but not overly burdensome.
