We have stayed here many times but this time the staff seemed to be a little snotty at check in. They also over charged my deposit as well. We also notice that the room was very hot, which we did call about and the shower tub filled up with water when the shower was running as if it was clogged.

This was our 5th time staying here. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Disney Springs, (aka Disney ‘Rodeo Drive’). The pool area was very clean and enjoyable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is older, but has been recently renovated and is clean. I would have liked to see our windows overlooking Disney and the fireworks a bit cleaner however. Overall we had a great stay.
