I didn’t get to use the amenities so I can’t speak on those. Room was clean enough. Bed was comfy and AC worked well. The only reason I’m giving a 3 is because NO ONE wants to be hounded to go to a timeshare meeting. When we say NO thank you ONE time, that should be the end of it. We shouldn’t be forced to get our parking pass from them so they can hound us and ask us multiple times. I was even asked “why wouldn’t you want to do this and get money or a trip?” BECAUSE I SAID NO, that’s why!!!

They charged a deposit of $150 and took weeks to refund it, and it is not posted in their expaedia ad. By the way they do not clean rooms! You have to let them know to pick up the sheets and garbage. In addition they want to sell you vacation rentals upon checking in.

The pool was beautiful and heated the rooms were nice and comfortable 👌 but we had a dog barking for 3 days and my children had an allergic reaction 😢 we were sick from the dog and ruined our trip 😢 missed Disney tickets we bought from their lobby vacations 😢 💔 it was hard to communicate with staff as none of them spoke English or very little 💔
