Preety and luxurious hotel, but for smokers. The casino is a smoking area, and it is the only pathway for most of the ammenities and food services

It is a beautiful hotel, good restaurants. The only thing that I dislike was the fact that they try to add drinks and food on the pool to my account, purchases that I didn't make and we had to argue with the waitress, my account still has a charge that I didn't make and I am disputing with my credit card, so we very aware if you order food or drinks by the pool

Rooms were dirty when we arrived and when we asked for room to be cleaned the next day they said yes but never did. When we asked front desk they said they would put a request and never did. We had to be chasing cleaning lady’s for towels. And were rude to my wife and kids.

El servicio al cliente fue pésimo. En recepción, el check in fue horrible el personal todo el tiempo atiende con muy mala actitud. La piscina no tenía toallas disponibles, el olor a cigarrillo es horrible por todas las facilidades de hotel. Es la primera vez que nos hospedamos y será la última. Ojala pueden educar a los empleados de recepción para que puedan ofrecer un buen servicio al cliente.

The parking valet situation is too confusing and we weren’t aware there were two different sites for each hotel and then our room was supposed to be ready at four when we checked in. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes an hour and a half later, we had to go check on it when it was finally ready
