At First I Was Skeptical Of This Resort. But For An Affordable Hotel It Is Quiet Safe, And Wonderful. You Get A Free Waterpark Included In Your Stay. The Breakfast Buffet Was Great. Only Thing I Didnt Like Was The Lunch And Dinner Dinner. Food Was okay And They Took To Long To Make It. I ordered Nachos and mozzarella Sticks And It Took Them 45 Minutes To Make.

We originally picked this hotel due to the water resort, the affordability and the videos that were on the website. It looked like a really good place for my family to celebrate our 5 year olds birthday. Unfortunately we checked out the next morning early due to the television not functioning, and the cleanliness of the bathroom not being up to par. It was a small room and really did not seem anything like the pictures or videos. We never even got to visit the resort side. The staff did offer to switch our room, but not until the next day. By then, we’ve already made our decision to check out of this hotel.

This water park is so fun for kids and families! Very nostalgic of 1950’s Florida resort. Rooms were dated and linen not great, but room was clean and staff very nice and welcoming! The true gem is how fun both the water park and pools are. The amenities are really good too (laundry, Starbucks, renovated lobby with a convenience store). The one downside of the water park is that there were so few tubes for the big water slides (like only two for the big red slide). But all in all a very nice stay.

The water park is great, staff very accommodating, life guards are professional and vigilant. The hotel building shows its age though, room was musty, could not open windows to ventilate, plumbing was old and leaked in two different spots. Food was good, offered variety.

Julissa was very helpful at the front desk, Thank you! The only complaint is that I couldn’t reach anyone for the hours of the waterpark. Therefore, we only got an hour and a half in there before they close. Would nice to have an update somewhere on your website.

We enjoyed our stayed here. Staff Nicholas and Lori were amazing. Truly helped me with my room change issue. The breakfast buffet was not too great. The property was clean. The pool and water park was great. I would definitely recommend.

I always like staying here whenever i visit Orlando. The only thing I dislike is the blinds in the rooms. It would be better if there was a curtain so the window could be covered properly.

Staff very friendly and helpful everywhere! Always cleaning. Entire property is very clean! Water Park and pools are nice. Only complaints were, buffet breakfast was nice but at that price would really love more coffee options or at least flavored creamers, coffee was never restocked in my room, also definitely needs to be a bit more sound proof!

While the room is a basic room it has all the necessities. Very clean and the standard toiletries provided smell nice. I would recommend your own hair conditioner but everything is in large refillable bottles. Pools are very clean and well watched. Did not eat at restaurants but did enjoy Starbucks on site.

This place was less than ok. Def needs some upgrades… the rooms smells (kind of like wet dog). Kids like the water slides but we would not come back again. We also happen to be there during the beer pong tournament… super shady crowd for kids. Bathrooms were kind of gross.

My 10 year old daughter and i were only here for 2 nights, and i wish i would have made my trip longer. I have only positive words to say about Coco Key Hotel. Everyone on staff was always there to answer my question or there to help me, and always with a genuine smile. I will definitely be coming back here, and hopefully soon:)
