Loved it, but didn't get the hotel we requested :(

We enjoyed everything about the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, other than when the reservation was made it was to be in the Guitar Hotel and it was not when we arrived. Loved the entire property other than that. Food at the food court was very good.

The property is amazing. The staff is ok. Something that extremely disappointed me was that I got served raw raw raw General Tso’ Chicken in their luxury Asian restaurant. I'll be thinking twice before going back.

Beautiful property, just make sure you stay at the guitar, I made the mistake of not paying attention and booked the hard rock, which is an outdated building behind the guitar that’s new and fresh.

We enjoyed ourselves and had an affordable vacation. The eateries close a bit early, however, and you have to walk quite a ways to get anywhere, but it's a casino floor so I get it. The restrooms were C , usually in need of service.
