When we arrived at the room the lock was broken. All weekend we had issues with out door not properly closing and door sticking. Night 1 our shower leaked under the door and into the vanity area. Maintenance came to fix. It leaked all weekend but not as bad as first night. The bed linens are thin and pillows are fluffy but you sink into them. The entire outdoor room section is in dire need of updates. the Stairwells are sticky and smell terrible. They are not safe/secure. There was not security in site monitoring. The saving grace is the pool/pool restaurant and staff. They are 10/10. Food was great and the service amazing. The sundries shop is way over priced-$9.00 for a small bag of chips and staff not friendly. We did venture to the bar or games rooms. 2 nights was enough. We wont be back. So many better options in the area.

Garden room elevator was way too small. My scooter barely fit in it. Room sink had baby ants coming out of it. Shower dripped the entire stay. Bell Staff was great!!!! Snackbar morning lady was great ! Wish they had a actual coffee shop.

We have stayed here before but this time was not the best . When we arrived they gave us a room that was not ready at all actually someone was working in it . We had already gotten all of our luggage down and our asleep child also to have to move all bags to another room. The AC was not working at all in our room and we found little spiders on our window . The staff was great but the hotel definitely needs a make over.

We have never had a bad experience at the Wyndham Garden. Can't give enough positive reviews about the staff, room cleanliness, and of course how convenient it is to Disney Springs. Plus, the ease of walking to Saratoga Springs to catch Disney Transport to the parks.
