The staff at this hotel were amazing. The bed was super comfortable, the room was cleaned every day (which many aren’t doing anymore). We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and had different sections - one shallow enough for smaller kids. The snack every afternoon was a bonus. Transporting between the parks and hotel was easy using the bus. Disney Springs was a 10 min walk with an elevated walkway to make it safer. There were many places to sit and eat dinner. We had ours delivered and ate in the dining area used for breakfast. The food from the hotel restaurant looked just as good, probably better because it was hot, and reasonably priced. Wish I could have found a menu online before we ordered from somewhere else. Didn’t get breakfast because it was expensive. If you want to eat there it is worth getting the room rate that includes it. There was coffee and tea available every morning. Only bad thing was the road noise since we were on the highway side of the building. Excellent experience - we will stay again!

To be announced as Disney partner, falls behind. Dated rooms, however ready, cleanish. Room assigned has balciny facing the I-4 highway SO SO NOISE thru the night, horrible. We were out first thing in the morning and booked Disney All star (best decision ever).
