Room A needs a complete overhaul. The ceiling in the room has water stains and paint peeling, the walls looked like they needed cleaning or repainting and the window sills had bugs and dust on them. The bathroom ceiling was worse. It looked like it was going to collapse. The exhaust fan is in desperate need of a clean - full of dust. The mirror was masking taped to the wall. With no shower screen the floor got very wet and there was inadequate hanging space to dry out the floor mat. The pull out clothes line can't hold a drenched floor mat. The location of the motel is awesome though. Pacific Fair, the casino, the beach and the light rail all are within walking distance.

It is a convenient hotel near Broardbeach. The staff are courteous and the sheets, towels and everything is clean. The rooms could do with a makeover butt they are cheap so I'm satisfied.

The place definitely does not have any street appeal. But staff were great and room was very clean and tidy . Bed also very comfortable. Was an over night work trip so was perfect but definitely not a family holiday destination.

The room was dirty, mold in bathroom, blood on the wall, bugs found in the unit, the carpet was dirty behind the mini fridge (which was in bad shape) and behind the beds were also very dusty. The bed and sheets were the only rhing clean and tidy in there. The walls were paper thin, we could hear most conversations happening in the parking lot and as we were located on the ground floor, we could hear every step up the stairs which sounded like stomping. There was construction going on right outside the building, which is out of their control but something to keep in mind, they did give out ear plugs so it is obviously well noticed by the motel but not mentioned until the day we were set to check in, nor did the mention that there was two construction sites operating. Reception only open from 9am till 7pm. We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first due to the construction being too disrutbive for our 3 year old. They would not reimburse us.

Staff were lovely, its an old place but been renovated and is nice and clean. In a good spot for access to pacific fair and half hour drive to the theme parks. Carpark is small and can fill up, but you can park on the grass at the property next door. If i had one negative, the shower pressure wasnt the best 😁 Thank you for having us.
