This is the worst hotel. Front desk person was not effective and was of no help. Manager was not able to refund. Once I arrived, I had to leave. Tried to get a refund, but hotel still charged me.

My stay was amazing. Eva was very welcoming and her customer service is great! Whenever I needed anything I was promptly helped with no problems. I also liked having a gym and laundry facility available. I will book here again. The hotel is right next door to AM/PM and Popeyes for a quick meal.

The lady at the front was really nice! When I needed help she was able to swap our rooms! The fire alarm was beeping and it would have driven me crazy! So great from her! The rooms definitely weren't clean and we had to clean it ourselves. Overall though, for the price, it wasn't too bad!
