You see the exterior and the photos you say to yourself wow what a fancy hotel. You will be 100% wrong! The interior is a 1-star hotel. Carpet is very old and smelly. The bathroom looks dirty and old even after they clean it. Most door handles and hooks inside the 1 bedroom suite were loose and broken. The old carpet smelled so bad we had spray perfumes. We all got allergies from the old carpets in the hall way and in our room. This is at best a 2 star hotel because the exterior looks nice. Never stay here again because how old and dirty this hotel is and all the allergens that come with it. You will be sorry with your allergies if you stay here. STAY AWAY!

Stayed 3 nights in 1 bedroom for 4 . Everything and I mean everything is outdated and old. DO NOT let the photos and exterior fool you. The carpets are very smelly and old with crumbs everywhere. The bathroom is smelly and old. The door handles are broken or about to come off. The self parking is $35 and valet is $42 with resort fees that most will never use. Overall hotel is expensive, the staff is rude, and the hotel is very old and smelly. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I

This was my go to hotel for the last 14 years and Ive noticed a decline and lack of customer service my last 2 stays from last year to this year. Room this last trip was super noisy. Had an annoying ticking noice coming from the celling. I pointed it out to the front desk they said they would take a few of my parking days off but you still get charged a designation fee and taxed on those days they removed. I usually stay on the north tower this time we were on the south where the rooms have been renovated and I notice they are poorly done. They look nice but if you look around at details you will see them. That or they just gave me a sucky room. Gym floor is god awful if you go in there it all piece together and the equipment is all worn down. They need to step up there game I miss how they used to be. Now it feels cheap. Don't get me wrong its still a nice place but it used to be better. Hyatt do better.......

Very nice and clean hotel. Right in the heart of Anaheim. Convenient if you're there for Disneyland. However, will be 20mins drive to Asian mall. I'd stay there again.

We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland, and it was very convenient. The lobby is HUGE and very nice! The room was nicely appointed and exactly what we needed. Parking as on the expensive side, especially considering that you also have to pay for the shuttle to Disneyland. Overall it was a great value and would definitely stay there again.
