Nice stay

The room was nice but the carpet is getting old and is very dirty. Then when we pulled the drapes back there something on them, and we didn’t want to know what it was! The pool area was clean, and well supervised. You just have to remember where you are when using the restrooms in the pool area. The lobby was very nice and well kept. Overall it was a nice stay a little pricy. One thing to be aware of if you’re on the 8th or 9th floors the elevators are very slow getting there in the morning.

We had a good stay. And it was comfortable. The room was great and roomy but the cleaning service can do better at cleaning the rooms and refilling the lotion. Our room had a big rip on the carpet and you can see wires. Maybe patch that area to look nicer. Otherwise it's a great fun stay for the family. Water park is great kids loved it.

Parking was outrageous; 36.00 a night, and was not aware that if you want daily cleaning of your room you must ask for it, found that out on day 1 when we came back from the water park, no clean towels and the beds were still unmade, trash cans were full

This was our first visit, and it was amazing! We missed the dance party, unfortunately, but breakfast more than made up for it. We’re vegan, and there was plenty for us to eat. The chef even made us Just Egg patties with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers—delicious! The water park was a total blast with something for everyone. We have three kids (13, 8, and 5), and they all had a great time. If you’re on the fence about whether it’s worth the money—do it. It absolutely is. We’ll definitely be back!

Last year parking was 20 and now it’s 36.50 And it’s really inconvenient scan process which had the exit parking backed up almost to the 2 nd floor people having trouble scanning out extremely inconvenient to exit
