The main reason I stayed here was because of the breakfast buffet. And I was so disappointed that it’s really gone down hill. The choices were as minimal as a holiday inn. On our last night there our neighbors were loud and obnoxious. The carpet in the room was soaking wet when we checked in at the entry of the bedroom and the tub was barely draining.

The Embassy was a great place to stay, years back. It has lost its luster. First day, a roach ran across the bathroom. Later we found ripped linens and broken shower rods and ripped shower curtains. The last day, the tub started to back up. At least the coffee and breakfast were decent.

A great place to stay

If you're looking for a place to stay near Disneyland. Well, this is the place for families to stay. They serve a full hot breakfast. Transportation was easy to use. It's improved since the last time we stayed there. It does cost per person, but it pretty much picks you up and drops you right in front.

Great hotel for conferences and going to Disney. Very nice room, spacious, great amenities. Outside of that it is a long way from LAX and a long way from anything resembling a neighborhood. Hotels, the convention centre and disney that's the area. Took a cab to Orange for a night out. Always felt safe, no issue there, but that's about it. Great staff at the breakfast, decent selection. It is a great family suites hotel for going to disney.

The little things

I would give it a higher rating but when my family walked in the front doors on check in , there were three females at the front desk . None greeted or even a welcome . It made me think maybe that wasn’t the front desk so we walked further . Realizing it was , I walked back and standing there now for a good 5 seconds, one of them finally looked up and not even a welcome still , but I soft can I help you ? Really ? And every day that we came back to the hotel , from Disneyland, every front desk person never said hello or welcome , even in the dead of night around 1am when we walked in , nobody is around , front desk people totally ignored . So terrible and rude front desk employees . Be nicer . You guys have something against a multi racial family ?
