The staff overall came across as unprofessional, inattentive, and not customer-focused. At the restaurant, I waited over 20 minutes just to place an order and had to call a server myself—there was no acknowledgement of the delay or any basic courtesy. The service felt outright rude.
Additionally, the exit process was poorly managed and extremely frustrating. Upon checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if I could exit directly by car as I was running late and surrendering my Fob. I was told the gate will be opened. However, despite pressing the intercom multiple times (over 20 attempts), there was no response. I had no choice but to park, walk back to reception, and resolve the issue—wasting an additional 10–15 minutes during a critical time. Again, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.
Overall, the staff behavior reflected a lack of accountability and customer care. The impression I was left with is that guest experience is not a priority here and they are definitely not the in the Customer retaintion business. Never staying here again.
