Check-in took 45 minutes in line and only 1 worker for all the line , The room smelled like marijuana, and the door locks were broken. They changed my room, but it wasn’t the same type — it looked older and poorly maintained. The windows were dirty, and overall the place felt neglected. It was very disappointing. This isn’t my first time staying at a Hilton property, but the experience at this hotel was definitely unpleasant. We also had an issue with parking — even though you have to pay to have a spot, when we returned to the hotel the parking lot was full, and people were parking on the grass and in the middle of the street. It was a total mess with zero organization or care.
