As a frequent traveler for work and a loyal Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a certain level of service and quality, which unfortunately was not met during this visit. This time, my wife made the reservation through Expedia for a family trip, not business. Prior to arrival, I prepaid for parking. However, upon attempting to exit the parking garage, the gate system did not recognize my prepaid parking. I was required to return to the front desk **three separate times** to try to resolve this issue. Each interaction was met with poor customer service, and both employees I spoke with displayed a dismissive attitude rather than offering assistance or a solution. Additionally, the parking lot itself was in unacceptable condition. It was packed with snow, and there were no available parking spaces, making the prepaid parking both unusable and frustrating. The issues did not end there. Upon entering my room, I found the bathroom to be unclean, with visible trash and hair left behind, raising concerns about housekeeping standards. Furthermore, the television channels did not function properly, adding to an already disappointing experience. Given my loyalty to Hilton and the frequency with which I stay at your properties, this experience was well below expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address the operational and customer service shortcomings at this location.
