Long story short from the beginning I felt unwelcomed. Speaking to the staff on the phone also seemed almost as if I am bothering them. I usually don’t like to think that way but this specific place made it easy to feel that way.

This is the first time I booked through expedia and had a problem getting the room I paid for 2 weeks in advance. Customer service wouldn’t provide the confirmation number I needed for double tree check in and kept telling me I needed to pay an extra 200 dollars to secure the room because somebody else booked the same room? I talked them all the way down to 100 dollars. What type of customer service is that? If that was the case you would have never came down off the original 200. You scammed me out my $348.73 and a stay I needed now I have to launch an investigation and dispute with my bank. No refund no help, nothing. Ridiculous.

Check in was simple, getting in and out was a challenge, but we made it. They don’t advertise that I must pay $25 to park for a room I already paid for. This should be included in the price. On a positive note the night staff were very kind and stood up for the kids just trying to have a good time in the pool when a foreigner thought kids having fun was a crime.

The staff was nice and friendly. Only thing is they didnt inform you to use your room key to come and go off the property. Also housekeeping came by early in the morning. Being we was still in the room, they never cleaned it once we left. Lines for front desk were a little long.

Shuttle bus was a disaster. Waited an hour or more. Room not clean. Hair on towels. Carpets dirty and stained. Saturday night late checkin, bar closed, restaurant closed. Food and drink fridges broken and closed. Coffee in room not replenished, so decaf only. It seems like nobody cares. You just riding the Hilton name. Last time I stay here. The last.
