Great place to stay for an early flight out of Newark Airport. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day

We spent one night trying to sleep. Folks in the room next door were noisy in the room, in the hall slamming doors. 4 calls to the desk produced no lasting improvement. We want to be reimbursed for this intolerable experience.

Walking into the bathroom smelled like mildew? I worked up the boldness to see if it was the shower curtain, I wouldn’t have been happy but relieved maybe. Nope, whole bathroom smelt like mildew. I enjoy my morning routine and nightly wind downs so this was very uncomfortable for me. I am a very frugal traveler most of the time I called myself splurging a bit and going to the infamous Doubletree, did not meet expectations with this issue. Also, my daughter was cold and asked for additional blankets. They said housekeeping wouldn’t be back till 5 AM and she couldn’t even pick up from desk…
