Stay was great. The shuttle service was timely, property was conveniently located, staff were pleasant and welcoming, room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were soft, restroom and shower was clean. Check-in was terrible. We had to wait in the line for an hour to Check-in. Air Traffic restrictions were to blame as a no of flights were cancelled. This might be a rare occasion but there might be an opportunity for mobile Check-in options at the hotel and get key cards quickly. Something to consider.

The hotel shuttle eventually arrived at EWR after AN HOUR of waiting. I finally arrived at the hotel half an hour ago but have not yet checked in. When I arrived there were (still are) at least 50 people waiting to check in and the hotel has (still has) only one checkin desk open. So I am eating an overpriced meal at the hotel restaurant hoping for the checkin line to dissipate (it hasn't). So the hotel wins. Yay for an an awful hotel.

Room was very clean. Everyone was very responsive, polite, and genuine. My one complaint was the heat control in the room--it was roasting. We walked in and the thermostat was set at 70--we found it too warm, so I lowered the temp to 66F. Middle of the night, I woke up roasting, and got up to lower the temp more down to 62F. By 6am, the room was fine but it was almost time to get up. Overall, aside from this issue, a good decision to stay here.

I tried to change my day and i couldnt talk to anyone they said they would charge me if I gave up. None of the comunication ways worked. THEN we needed to change our schedule because we couldnt pay for anotjer hotel and they charged for the parking lot
