I paid and booked for two rooms. They couldn’t see it. They had to search all our partners’ name before they can see it . Washroom sink was clogged. Had to get plumber to fix it and it took plumber at least 15 mins to get it fixed. A C was very noisy. The airport shuttle bus was good. But waited for a long time before it came.

The coffee machine was broken. There is no complementary coffee or water. I called front desk and they told they can only provide a replacement at 9 AM . I cant wait 2 hours to get a cofee

In our first room our AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, they changed our room for us then got into our new room, it was smaller than our first one and the coffee maker didn’t work but overall great hotel and friendly staff
