It’s simple , tidy and basic things are provided - very comfortable to stay . Clean beddings . We are able to cook as the self contained unit with cooking facilities, microwave and fridge with cutlery The staff at reception are very accommodating. We will book again on this property on our next visit in Dunedin Highly recommended for the price Thank you

Very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. An unusual odour (like damp wool socks) - maybe from a cleaning product/ or drainage? Which took quite a while to get used to. Bathroom hot water tap difficult to turn off.

Great by the beach. Did well for our needs. Hair dryers a little ragged, need new ones. I liked the facilities though. Very central.

Very limited items in the kitchenette. Dirty dish cloths. The small fridge had no shelves as they had been broken off. The freezer was pretty much frosted over. Beds were ok

The shared kitchen for our cabins was not good. There was a half eaten meal in he air fryer. It made the whole kitchen very smelly. After our second night there, I mentioned it to the staff and they disposed of the food and cleaned the air fryer. There was also cooked, uncovered food in the fridge. It was there for all 5 nights that we stayed. No one ate it or disposed of it. The kitchen had just one small saucepan which often disappeared for a day, then returned. There was no cutlery. The crockery cupboard was locked after our third day. The one sink was not enough.
