Very helpful staff, plus we got an early check in!

I like the rooms they're spacious the only thing that would be better is if there was a breakfast of some sort

The hotel is not in the best location so beware! Once you walk outside you are near the Tenderloin to the left. Not a good area. The hotel completely price guaged due to conferences in the area. Three times the regular rate per night for an aging huge chain property is robbery! Stayed at many Hiltons that are in better shape, better locations, with better staff, at MUCH lower prices. We will not be back. The staff were not particularly friendly, except the bell hop.

All the staff are super friendly and the rooms are great!

Very old, broken, the rug was dirtierc than the street, had to wear shoes inside. Just old, unupgraded, dirty and low class hotel. Very friendly staff though. They must upgrade.
