Union Square accommodation with spa

Great location. Excellent staff.

The hotel is not in the best location so beware! Once you walk outside you are near the Tenderloin to the left. Not a good area. The hotel completely price guaged due to conferences in the area. Three times the regular rate per night for an aging huge chain property is robbery! Stayed at many Hiltons that are in better shape, better locations, with better staff, at MUCH lower prices. We will not be back. The staff were not particularly friendly, except the bell hop.

The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched.

Their breakfast was really good and the staff was nice and attentive. The areas were clean and up to date and if I needed anything the staff was very helpful.

Very nice place. Noisy refrigerator, but I just unplugged it and all was silence. Enormous closets with umbrella, safe, ironing board, iron, spare room heater, etc . I couldn’t be more pleased.
