The hotel was beautiful but some of the staff was rude, the room was hot and very humid change rooms on half of or stay and still the same (every thing was wet and sticky). Don’t think I would stay again.

The resort was great! When we arrived we had an Expedia concierge that was provide that was to us because we booked through hotels.com. Her name was Maria Teresa and she was amazing. Whatever we needed we just contacted her and it was taken care of. We were blown away by the attention we received that others we were traveling with did not. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and we had an amazing time! All of the staff in every aspect of the resort, was very kind, professional, helpful, and made the experience so great. I want to specifically thank Maria, our VIP concierge who was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Even before check in, she reached out and offered assistance. Throughout our stay, she was very attentive always making sure we were okay and asking if we needed anything. She was particularly helpful in helping us book all restaurants for dinner, last minute tennis, and assisting us with a last minute extended stay of one night, she really provided exceptional customer service. All of the rooms, facilities, restaurants, buffets, and pool areas were very clean. Our experience at the spa was amazing! The staff was great and we really enjoyed all of our services and the hydrotherapy. The food was really great! We enjoyed it all and were impressed by the quality and taste. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend it!!

Our stay at this resort was an incredible experience from start to finish. They truly exceeded all of our expectations! The food was delicious every single time, with plenty of variety and quality that made every meal something to look forward to. The staff was always so friendly and welcoming everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The bar service was excellent and very attentive; the bartenders made sure our drinks were always fresh and exactly how we liked them. Room service was a solid 10/10, always quick and professional. Having the beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. It was so convenient .We felt completely comfortable and relaxed during our entire stay. Everything about the resort made it easy to unwind and enjoy ourselves. It was truly nothing short of a perfect experience, and I’ll definitely be booking my next trip to Cancún at this resort!
