Terrible beds!!!

Smelled clean with bleach but somewhat dilapidated. Large crack under door. Bugs could easily come in but did not see any. No phone. Three bath towels for 4 people. No face towels. No bath mat. No wash cloth. Two rolls of toilet paper for 2 nights. No maid service. No ice machine. Bed is extremely firm!!! Killed my back!!! Very close to Knott's Berry farm. Walking distance. Close to a Walgreens. That was convenient. If you are looking for bells and whistles, this is not it. Price was good/reasonable. I would probably spend more next time for a nicer place.

Room smells, bedspread is old, pillows flat, splatter on walls/doors/counters of?, spiders, no coffee pot or supplied, no TV remote to turn volume up, fridge works but over frosted, no hand towels or washcloths, door doesn't properly close, bad patch work from leaks. Will never stay again

I have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times already because is walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm the family room has 3 beds so it accommodates my family of 6. The price is very reasonable, the only thing is that on each stay we have problems with the tv, it won’t turn on or the remote controls won’t work, other than that everything is good just for the purpose to get there relax and sleep.

First I like to complaint the front dest name Cal. He is extremely rude & jerk. The room so dirty & smell pees. They charged $5 per day for service we only use their service one time. They should reimburse us the rest. Please contact the manager to report the front dest agent Cal and send him to customer service class. So he’ll be how to greet customers with pleasure.

The room that was provided had a gaping margin around the front entrance. There was no privacy. . . And, I was walking around naked. I was eventually warned by the next door neighbor. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was nowhere on the premises. The bathroom had a sensor fixture that went on every thirty minutes with noise and light. The curtains were not retractable and were not at all hanging in many places on the curtain rod. It was a disaster!

Property requires a $100 deposit in cash which was not highlighted when I paid through Expedia found it in the small print after the fact. The hotel receptionist was really nice parking was easy and the facility looked nice and clean on the outside but when we entered our room we found roaches and the room look like it was back in the '80s the two chairs that were there we're torn and stunk so I went back and requested can we be placed in another room which he did with no problem the room had no roaches but chairs were torn and the top of the toilet seat had a bunch of cigarette Burns.
