This was a decent hotel for the price. The location is excellent if you plan to visit Knott's Berry Farm, as it is located just across the street from Knott's Preferred Parking.The location has plenty of parking with standard parking space size. We loved the amount of space in the standard family suite. The room included a small microwave and mini fridge, anr two TVs. The three beds were a good size, queens, and were comfortable. Where this property slipped a bit is on cleanliness and upkeep. The floors weren't particularly clean, some of the walls were dingy, and the bathroom door was particularly bad and definitely needed to be wiped down. When we arrived there was urine on the toilet seat. Although there were holes for a towel shelf, there was no shelf. Also, there were no rods/spindles on which to hang the toilet paper rolls, and instead, there were two partially used rolls sat ON TOP of a stack of clean towels that were sitting on the back of the toilet. Gross. We were able to get clean towels and to be fair, housekeeping did clean the room each day, replacing our towels, and did not place them on the back of the toilet after that first day. Overall, we were actually pretty happy with the room, it's convenient location, and it's spaciousness, but think they should drop daily cleaning and spend the saved time on a thorough cleaning before checkin and room upkeep.

Staff is always great and friendly and helpful. The room condition was not. Floors were wet. Assuming they left windows open on a foggy day but that was nasty. Then they had a leak in the shower which is where I assume the terrible foul smell came from. Whole place smelled awful . Left windows open and put a car air freshener in the vents. Came back and it still smelled terrible. You get what you pay for though. So be warned. Prices are cheap and it’s close to Knotts but quality wise it’s very low.

Cold AC. Pretty quiet. They do ask for a $60-$100 cash deposit here on top of your Expedia booking, so bring cash at check in. One tiny roach ran past the desk so they may need a bug guy visit soon. But all in all a nice stay in a giant room across from Knotts!

Location is phenomenal if going to Knott's berry farms. Literally cross the street and your're in the parking lot. The actual quality of the hotel is 3 stars; the shower did work, but not well, relatively clean beds but very dirty carpet, and no USB ports in the electrical outlets so bring a wall charger if staying here. Staff was friendly enough and I got back my cash deposit upon checkout. I would stay here again.

Spiders in the room and bathroom. Had to kill one so my son can sleep. Dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Why is this hotel so gross.? I had my children with me. The fridge wasn’t working. My food got wet on the bottom. I took pics and showed the guy at the desk. He didn’t know what to say. No apology.
