California vacation.. property is showing its age and could use a refresh …damaged door poorly repaired in bathroom.. floor seemed dirty as demonstrated by socks worn in room..area is great for restaurant's and knots berry farm access

They refuse to make things right when they over charge you and try to charge you got things that weren’t damaged. Trashy place, carpets are filthy.

Had a bunk bed with two queens in our room. Great for family. The fan on the A/C was super loud though, the pillows were super flat and there was some mold in the window in the shower.

Great location / big rooms

Unfortunately check in isn’t until 4 so I stopped by hoping to be able to check in early … I could but for an extra $30 so I passed. The Mgr was totally awesome and got me a ground floor tucked away in the back since I had little ones which was absolutely perfect for other guests. Lol my only input would be to bring back some kind of breakfast in the mornings. Or even just simply coffee would be appreciated. We were there to visit DL, which was about a 20 min drive away. It was nice to be across from a Walgreens although a lot of their shelves were bare. Loved the mini kitchen type of set up as well. Free parking was 👍

The cleaning products used were so heavily scented that they gave my husband a headache. This place is rundown and the mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. The front desk clerk was nice and check in was easy. I would not stay here unless you just want a cheap place to spend the night. Definitely not a place to feel like you’re on vacation.

Property was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had left a few items behind and they called us right away to return them to us. The rooms themselves were clean. Beds comfortable enough to sleep after a long day of walking/standing. Pillows could have been softer but overall my sleep was decent. The door needed a new seal so sound and weather could not impact sleep or comfort. The bathroom was clean and no mold found. No bugs found. The drive to Disney was an easy 15-20 min drive
