On arrival we had been up all night and the lady was able to give us our room early. The bed was very comfortable, room spacey and well equiped. IGA and bottle shop close by.

Obviously operated as a budget aparthotel, mostly unmanned, where a few things could have been better, but having parking, and good value, where if money was tight, the perfect springboard to explore, the really impressive Brisbane, as you could feed youself, from the accommodation. The river ferry was quite close, which was a real bonus to explore so many places in Brisbane.

Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was refreshing. Parking was tight to get in and out but there is enough. Local pub across the road has a restaurant and music.

My room was on the 2nd floor and the view was the neighbouring villas . It was clean and quiet which is more important than the view to me. Unfortunately there was no restaurant open on site during my stay ( Christmas week) which I had planned to use for breakfast and the Erving meal. However I the room had a full size fridge, a microwave and 2 stove elements. No toaster was allowed as it apparently triggers the fire alarm. That needs resolving. A sign said no toaster but you can get the hotel restaurant staff the toast what you need however there was no kitchen staff that week. The room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Staff both front reception and cleaning staff were helpful at all times and assisted me when needing anything. Over all a good place to stay but if restaurant and advertised breakfast facilities is to be closed for the week, prospective residents need to know ahead. After all , they would have none well before I made my booking.
