I didn’t expect much for the money, but it was really not a nice place to stay at all. Very dirty, shower was filthy. Sheets were clean, but the thin crappy blanket on the beds were both stained and kept us cold all night. Next to the main bed was revolting. 1 bowl, 2 plates and 1 fork in the room. Yet had coffee sachets and milk to make a coffee….not sure how you meant to drink one though? I wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s really a backpackers style accommodation but too pricey for that

This was the most deplorable accommodations I have ever had. I’ve stayed at primitive campsites that were cleaner. Unsafe/uneven stairs. Roaches that crawled into our clothing overnight. Mold. Public areas covered in dirt, mold, and cigarettes. Eight parking spots for two buildings-worth of rooms. I understood that I would have subpar accommodations for the price, but this was worse than I imagined. This place should not even be licensed for operation.

The property is dirty and run down, with roaches and ants in the room and black mould all over the bathroom.

Staff were rude, didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived. We had been in a cruise and disembarked early do i thought we would go early to drop off our luggage then find something else to do while waiting for our check in time. Then discovered our room was at the bottom of dangerously steep stairs. May not be a problem usually but we had excessive and heavy luggage. Then the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows flat and offer no support, thin blanket on the bed (in winter!) walls were dirty and there were cockroaches. I’m adding a photo of the one on the fridge, but there were more. My sister found 6 when she moved the kettle. I wouldn’t stay here again. Also, there’s not much in the area in terms of food and shopping.

Awful!! Booked 3 nights, only stayed 1. Office never open to talk to anyone. Had to park in basically an alley. Dirty, tiny, cold water. Very loud with other guests screaming profanities at each other most of the night - well past 3:00am. Horrible experience! I guess you get what you pay for.

Photos of rooms could not be further from the truth. Paint peeling off the walls and holes in the floor Sheets and pillow cases were dirty/ stained. Part of bathroom blind missing and bathroom a disgrace (didn’t shower there that’s for sure!) Whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. All in all an absolute dive and not very impressed with the false advertising.

Filthy. My towel was dirty and had blood stains on it. The fridge is growing mound just like the shower. I would not have a shower due to the dirty conditions. This goes for the 4 rooms we rented. One had cockroaches on the floor. I expect a refund. If you want photos I can send.

Just awful We were greeted by cockroaches the stairs are very hazardous and filthy Bathroom very small the the hot water was not hot so we stayed there for two nights and couldn’t use the shower one towel for two people Away from shops and conveniences This place was the worse place we have ever stayed Smoking and smokers are all around the place Very unpleasant stay this place should be banned from operating they have the Hide to charge over $100 per night The pictures that you’re website advertising the place is not all correct and real There is no garden exist

It was disgusting. Dead bugs inside the fridge, dirt and grime all over the door and walls, cockroaches crawling around, dirty bedding, black mould all over the curtain. We left immediately and drove 7 hours home overnight instead.

Cockroaches coming out of air conditioner, bathroom was disgusting, bed covering was fifthly pillowcases were shredded on one side couldn't get out of there quick enough tv did not work, very noisy from surrounding rooms. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
