Room was clean with very comfortable bedding. Staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a very convenient place to stay when visiting family at Kelvin Grove. A courtesy bus to Roma Street train station and bus transit centre would be a bonus for travellers.

Rude manager and front desk staff. Mould in the shower. Over charged for parking manager didn't care thought it was funny they had me case I had book through whatif so couldn't cancel my booking and get refund. Never again.

Lovely rooms, clean and tidy. We stayed there during the magic round for the NRL and found the hotel to be in a great location. Very close to the supermarket and cafes.
