We used this hotel for a 2 day stopover after a long flight from the UK . Easy taxi journey from the Airport . The hotel is a good location , everything you need is within walking distance . The room was ok bed was comfortable the bathroom has no fan in it so the ceiling was in a bad way . Windows in the room needed a good clean . It served a purpose .

- I like the service from the staff; - I wasn't told my cooking included a breakfast; - It's a pretty steep uphill walk from Central station through Madison Park. Particularly with luggage.

The stay was okay but the room had mould through the bathroom. the restaurant bathrooms were terrible. took my child to the toilets and there was a used syringe in the toilet bowl. food was nice One towel was dirty with black stains on it also.

Lack of room amenities. No eating utensils such as ,plates, bowls, knife or forks. 6 small ineffective lights but no central light to see by in the main room. The new style washbasin in the bathroom is very ineffective as it allows water to splash everywhere when using it. We have been regular users of the hotel in the past but no formal recognition is ever made to anyone, by anyone?

Check in was fast and easy. The room looked like it had just been renovated and was clean. However the bathroom was really small. If you were a bigger person you would have trouble using it. Unfortunately the car parking was horrendous. It's a tight car park with small spaces. Glad I had a smaller car.
