Easy parking without paying out on the street. Room was clean, staff nice and blockout curtains dark. Also loved the free Foxtel on the tv. Would stay again.

An exceptional hotel. Hopefully the cafe attached (which is not owned by the hotel) can soon return to opening for breakfast reliably 7 mornings a week. The hotel itself is all round excellent.
The Essence Suites were ideal for a quiet, well appointed, spacious room which I needed to focus on work. With Taringa train station, great cafe downstairs, Coles supermarket and nail salon a short walk away- it was a convenient location. The staff were lovely and very welcoming, cafe staff were also very friendly & food/coffee was great, recommend.
Beds were only ok, bit too spongy. Views were great. Bathroom was for a disabled person or elderly. Not appropriate for anyone else. Water from shower flooded the floor due the enlarged curtain set up and poor tiling arrangement. Central drain top was In disgraceful condition and should be replaced.

The location is very convenient especially if using public transport. There is a Coles near by and coffee shops.
The staff were very helpful. The room was clean with great views of the city and surrounding areas.
