This is a great place the stay, friendly staff, great facilities, clean and frensh. The only downside is the traffic noise as it is on a busy road.

Great place to stop for a day or 2

Everyone was great. Very friendly. Clean comfortable room. Safe and in walking distance to train. Only issue was therr is not a transport to the hotel- obly back to airport, so this needs to be made clearer on website. Overall no issues.

I didn’t like that a shuttle to the airport wasn’t available as stated in the description. The drainage in the shower was slow and wetted the entire floor outside the shower.

The property was very neat and tidy, and I'd probably stay here again. Unfortunately, we didn't get the beds we asked for, but the little fella was happy enough to curl up on the couch. Was also rather surprised to find a mini bar occupying the fridge in the apartment. Glad the kids realised it had to be paid for before they demolished it.

The ground floor unit was a big improvement over the first floor unit we stayed in the week prior; in terms of space, cleanliness, fridge not leaking, noise and outside light blocking. I was surprised that the airport transfer (free service offered) was cancelled over the whole Easter weekend. The free airport transfer was a reason we booked to stay here the night before our airline flight home.

We had 2 rooms. Our room was ok but our daughter room was terrible. Had large brown stains on the carpet and bedspread. The bathroom had mould in the shower recess and the shower head. Our daughter came in and showered in our room. The staff did change the bedspread.

Nice room with 2 sleeping areas. Kitchenette. Didn't allow for a late checkout and free airport shuttle only ran in the morning (6:30-10:30) which was very inconvenient as we booked because it offered a shuttle but our flight was in the evening.

The website says it has free airport shuttle. They will only shuttle you to the airport, they will not pick you up. They did not have an elevator. There were no ground level rooms available so we were given a second floor room. We are in our late 60s and early 70s and there was no offer to help us. Once you opened the door to the room you had to climb the stairs to get to the room. There were no wash cloths. This place looks decent on their website but it is really a dump. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have stayed here on 3 occasions now and our only issue is the WiFi which is hit and miss (and has been each time) and this time the TV didn’t work. The Manager is extremely helpful and did try to get things working but had no luck. We were after an early night otherwise we would have requested to leave, especially if it was a footy night. Staff very friendly and the rooms are well equipped and clean. Our Room Services meals were delicious with a good menu range and reasonable prices. We will stay again due to convenience to the airport and helpfulness of the Manager. Hopefully our TV will work next time.
