Limited vegan food options. Evening meal options limited, but breakfast (complimentary continental) did not cater at all. Vegan butter for toast would be good. What bread was vegan? No signage. My daughter did not feel welcomed at all - we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Nicely refurbished accommodation, spectacular tree in courtyard area, beautifully lit up, made a little bit nowhere suburbia (right opposite Brookside shopping mall) into lovely spot

The incessant music being played downstairs until 3am was easily heard in our room on the floor above, and was loud enough to make getting to sleep difficult The continental breakfast was fairly minimal

Very clean and quiet with great beds and bathroom. Check in was easy and the included breakfast was excellent value. The free drink voucher was an unexpected bonus. So convenient to have onsite restaurant too.

The staff at the hotel and the accommodation were both helpful and courteous in getting an early check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, tidy and quiet even with entertainment taking place in the hotel section.

OUTSTANDING from the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile from Jess and Kelly who was able to help plan our night to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre best and easiest way there . Our Room was stunning so quiet clean modern a the rain shower was fantastic super comfortable bed a the view was gorgeous too . The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptional as well . Free secure parking onsite was also provided. I will only stay at The Brooks now when ever I’m in Brisbane. 10/10

Excellent Stay at The Brook by Nightcap Plus! Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean, and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze.
