We were surprised by the facilities and overall convenience of this premises. Excellent access to various cheap and good quality restaurants nearby. Try the Thai which is open until after midnight at times.

It was very close to Brisbane CBD via Uber and plenty of options for food and entertainment. Plenty of parking and it is free, which is a rarity.

Centrally located on south bank, walk to river, the walking bridge over the river, various hospitals. Train stop nearby. 33 Dining in house (big buffet breakfast) complimentary coffee machine, good selection of teas in each room. The staff were excellent.

We stayed one night as we went to a concert at the Princess Theatre... the room was pretty clean and spacious. We left early the next day so didn't experience the breakfast. Would stay there again
