Poorly designed room. No hand basin in the bathroom….it’s in the kitchen/bedroom instead. No dishwashing liquid, no dishcloth. Carpets not vacuumed very well. “Dining” area poorly designed. Will not stay here again.

Staff were always friendly. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Nice French style bistro only 2 mins walk. Highly recommend this motel.

Horrible stay.

We booked because of the “heated” indoor pool. It was too cold to swim in, the heated spa was only just warm and looked dirty, the sauna was out of order. The room I booked was a deluxe room, its outdated the wifi wouldn’t stay connected yes to watch tv and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. I overpaid for a very disappointing nights stay. It is definitely not worth the amount I spent.

It's a great place for a couple of days. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, good access, and plenty of hot water. We had a kitchenette and huge room, comfortable couch, split system, dual vanity, separate shower/toilet. Room stayed lovely and warm all night.

Clean and serviceable. Pool and hot tub were good to have access to - no sauna when we were there. Bit of a drive to the city centre, and a bit outdated. Our room had 4 dining chairs but no table. The bathroom sink was near the kitchenette area. Needless to say we didn't use it. Beds were very comfortable and warm and we slept well, which was the most important thing. Overall an ok average stay, but happy we were comfortable.
