The hotel is kept to a high standard, friendly staff and the pool area is very relaxing. The buffet breakfast has everything one could want, the chef making the omelettes did a fantastic job!! Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

I stayed one night. I arrived late and was met with a friendly welcome. The room was clean and spacious and quiet,The bed was soft and comfortable. Dressing gowns were provided,which was a nice touch, but they could do with being replaced as they were quite worn. Service was friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast had quite a good variety of western food choices. The pool area and outdoor furniture would be lovely if they had a clean and a freshen up, The hotel charges a refundable $200 bond, which seems higher than average. Overall it was a nice stay and I would visit again.

While it may not look like much from the outside, the decor on the inside is amazing. It is clean and the bed is super comfy. The customer service was great. Highly recommend staying here

Paid for early check in at 12. Finally in room at 2pm with someone’s clothes left behind, room not finished. Spa bath was a godsend. Dinner and service not good at all, pizzas so bland. Cocktails and staff in bar room were amazing. Breakfast average, with staff struggling to keep food coming. Both mornings we had to wait for refills of warm food. Perhaps more than 1 person needs to be on Breakfast over Xmas. Thank god for the corner spa bath overlooking the river.
